RE: Can Crown PropTech raise more funds at present25 Jul 2025 17:34
I look forward to the updated DFS for Songwe Hill, now factoring in the benefits from:
- being a Strategic Project under the European Union's Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA).
- being part of a vertically integrated model with the Pulawy Separation Project in Poland, which has also been has been designated as a Strategic Project under the European Union's Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA).
- skyrocketing Rare Earth prices.
Safe in the knowledge that:
- a "Strategic Project" designated by the European Union, particularly under the Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA), is a project that significantly contributes to the EU's security of supply for critical raw materials and is crucial for diversifying the EU's access to essential materials and building sustainable value chains.
- To be designated as strategic, a project must be technically feasible within a reasonable timeframe, demonstrate expected production volumes, be sustainable, and demonstrate cross-border benefits.
- Projects are assessed based on criteria outlined in the CRMA, including technical, financial, and sustainability aspects.
- The European Commission, with input from member states and the European Parliament, makes the final decision on designation.
- Strategic projects receive support under the CRMA framework, which aims to streamline permitting and facilitate access to funding.
Achieving this status is not to be sniffed at. To be frank, your attempts to bring into question the feasibility and quality of these assets are embarrassing.
