RE: Nice day for a top-up19 Feb 2026 20:08
You havent provided any good reasons for why you think MKA should be valued at <£150m, nor any good arguments against a valuation of £750m+++.
Theres plenty of arguments made to support higher valuations - see the NPVs of our various projects, our best in class tech with lowest costs of production and market leading energy & environmental costs. Some of these projects are being ramped up as we speak, others are a matter of months from being executed (SPAC, Hypromag US, etc.) and the closer we get to execution the more the share price should reflect these underlying valuations.
The best you've got is "the MKA share price wont reflect the exact MKAR value on day 1" - which i think we all accept its unlikely to be like-for-like, but you're a fool for suggesting there wont be a serious re-rate when this gets over the line, not least due to the significant increase in financing options that it'd represent for our other projects.
Oh, you also say "some placement shares will be sold in Canada" or "ex-CFO shares will be sold", but lets be honest: its clear the impact of any such sales is unlikely to have any lasting consequence (i.e., beyond the trading day / week in which they happen). Also, this ASSUMES such sales will happen - and it seems clear to me that there are significantly stronger arguments for why mass-disposals wont occur.
