PALA began Buying in 2011 same time Rare Earths RNS, PALA as of Early April have invested $12 million Rainbowearths. We now know PALA tried to buyout a Rare Earth company some time ago but failed, SRX has 30 years of stockpiled Rare Earths which contain the Big Rare Earths.

Looking back PALA interest was around Rare Earth RNS'. Only 2 weeks after signing JV with Rainbow Earths they buy 13 million shares in SRX. for every 2 tonnes of Rutile processed 1 tonne of HTT'S is produced how much Rutile are SRX targeting per Annum again 250,000 tonnes = 125,000 tonnes of HTT'S

In determining the rare earths resource statement, 232 holes were drilled, and 327 samples were analysed in compliance with JORC guidelines. An independent laboratory, SGS Lakefield Research, provided quality assurance on the analyses. Furthermore, initial work undertaken by the Company at two key future potential mining areas, Gangama and Gbeni, suggests that similar concentrations of monazite, the rare-earth bearing mineral present within the high tension tailings resource, is also contained in these areas. Accordingly, there is scope for production of rare earths in future mining areas.

Ongoing production from existing facilities Both high tension and magnetic tailings are a by-product of Sierra Rutile's ongoing operations. In 2010, 25,900 tonnes of high-tension tailings and 9,180 tonnes of magnetic tails were generated from Sierra Rutile's ongoing primary processes, i.e. excluding production from batch re-processing. Using rare earth oxide prices as of 19 August 20112, the value of the basket of rare earths in the tailings, processed to oxide state, would be $236.7/kg ($236,700/t). Rare Earths As part of management's strategic review, and an added benefit of preparing the Mineral Resource, TRG identified the presence of significant rare earth mineralisation in the tailings of the mineral separation plant. These tailings, which have stockpiled over more than 30 years of operations, have the potential to add significant value to TRG. Studies are ongoing to quantify the type, extent and commercial potential of the mineralisation. Nothing was really followed up, lots of changes for SRX around 2011. PALA did come on the scene just after this announcement though, maybe that is what got them interested ?

The US$104.2/kg of REO compares favourably to the Comparator Group, for which the contained value of REOs is US$111.5/kg of REO (refer to figure 2). The REO grade of the HTT samples, as tested independently, is 2.2%, implying a REO value of approximately US$2,258 per tonne of HTT.

Locations were chosen based on processing methods, the conductivity and radioactivity of processed material, and the chemical properties of REOs.

Rainbow earths EXCEEDINGLY HIGH IN-SITU GRADE: 54.3% ON AVERAGE TREO LARGE, HIGH QUALITY MINERAL INVENTORY: Contains in-demand CREOs (Neodymium, Dysprosium and Europium) and Praseodymium SRX REO EOs in the HTTs is attractive and contains high concentrations of neodymium, lanthanum and praseodymium. HTTs are produced from Sierra Rutile's existing dry processing plant and, as such, the REOs are not in the ground, but in a by-product stream from Sierra Rutile's existing production of rutile and ilmenite. The HTTs are the same source from which Sierra Rutile already recovers its zircon by-product by re-processing it through the dry processing plant.
