a user claimed that a gas blowout had happened at West Newton.

He claimed there had been an RNS but only posted on Investigate......claimed though the RNS wasn’t on LSE and ADFN.

He has now said that it is also removed from Investigate following another user sceenshotting Investigate that does not show the RNS.

Bizarre attempt at deramping - esp as it was shown last night that they are concreting the 2nd casing so not drilling.

I am wondering if they will do an RNS tmw that will give details of the open offer and a drill update at the same time?

I still think its significant they chose the 10th May as the day to update on the open offer at 4.25.

I can’t help thinking that the open offer on the 10th at 4.25 is also having an impact - now a normal company, you wouod think that they are confident it will be over 4.25 on the 10th (or soon after assuming it will have an offer period) yet this is Angus who have let down / made errors so may be egg on face time!

In a strange way, I like getting a dividend - feels like a birthday present - obviously the share price drops but I am (naievly!?!?!) optomistic that Brexit will end up being ok and that underpinned with the share buy back, the price should recover - well, thats my theory!!

Fact is, COIL is a bit of a wally in terms of money, he is selling off his holding, based on the volume he is selling / sold, I think the share price has held up pretty well.

Regarding the share price drifting, most on AIM are gamblers so are moving around funds - last week RMP, this week something else (I have thrown some cash into ANGS) - until some action happens at West Newton, the share price will drift.

Great to see a rise, but would be nice to get the message 'officially' via RNS rather than Twitter which I only go into perodically.

Regardless, good to see stuff going in the right direction finally!

I don’t understand - so many buys (and sizeable) yet price isn’t moving, does that suggest a background sale?

Some decent trades going through today - hopefully will come back up........

2 reasons:

1. This is AIM, unless a gusher any RNS is a down
2. A lot of AIM investors are not long term holders - while the report was very good, it tells us not much is happening soon, this, people will sell out of ANGS and invest elsewhere - I have sold my modest holding and chucked it into UJO - I don’t think ANGS is bad, I just think I can make money at UJO first then will come back.

Agreed, some nice buying today............share needs to consolidate at this level then rise again once the rig moves in which judging by the video's being posted, looks like it will be soon.

Exciting times..........

Remember, the same happened yesterday then in the afternoon popped back up again - bee interesting to see if it happens again.....
