If you get excited at hearing the PM shout out at ODX that will might never happen. However Inference is the word !
The undeniable fact is that huge resources are flowing on the vaccine stream, ( the next big race) given the resources needed to sustain a successful campaign the antibody screening becomes the irreplaceable preparation work, a must.
Some still believe that there is time to refine testing capabilities, my believe is that we are at the finish line and PCR technology despite the massive head start is the runner up, they have missed their window. The story of this pandemic will be told for generations, and so the story of how we got out of this deadlock.
I am excited and in ODX for the long run.
Awesome news.Massive screening campaign of who has had it it's the priority now, vaccine production will not cover the all population.
That might be Oxford Biom.
Sorry B, no really, didn't know about your condition...
At what point you got burnt today? Clearly you are livid.
Just go away we got some serious "constructive "talking to do here to understand where we are going.
This is your post around midday:
"ODX to make antigen tests for $1 - competing with Avacta and Noacyt30 Apr 2020 12:53
THIS IS HUGE
This will knock out both Avacta and Novacyt.
Quote from WBUR NEWS (can't post link will be deleted - google the title: A Next-Generation Coronavirus Test Raises Hopes And Concerns)
Another company, Mologic Ltd. of Bedfordshire, UK, is also developing an antigen test and hopes to get it approved by June, according to Fionna Tod, a company spokeswoman. The test would produce results in 10 minutes and would sell for about $1, she says, which could be very helpful in less affluent parts of the world.
HUGE"
Too technical there LB not sure he got it.
For what it matters you two are still posting the same nonsense.
Gents ,
You do not set up production lines on "if".
Period !
Slowly but surely ;)
Some good news coming our way. A study from China has confirmed that everyone infected by C19 develops IgG antibodies.
Nature Medicine
Here we go . Hard on the pedals now
Rem will get you back on your feet in 11/15 days.
Hemo " treatment" in 2/3 days and with a recovery rate close to 100%
Speachless. I am about to pass out.
Be cautios. I reviewed my position few times in Nova. The RNS is vague and doesn't adress all the underlying serious issue the PCR test has. Sales wise is good but it diverts the attention from the above, PCR closed system to name one, it runs on Applied Biosystems machines ( owned by Thermo Fisher) if you do some research you will quick learn what the strings attached are in addition Thermo Fisher has recently came out with a similar PCR test. Connect the dots...
Drum rolls, fire the engines...
Oz. Be cautious in Nova if you are still holding long.
Reviewed my position quite few times. RNS for sales divert the attention for some serious underlying issues. PCR closed system one of them.
Antibodies strategy seems to be the perfect trade off for mass testing and the end of lock down restrictions. Lot of people underestimate the importance of the machines involved in PCR testing processing, all good and spot on on paper but...but you need those machines to get the test processed in the millions,so how many do we have in UK?
Happy to be holding ODX. As for Hemo the hype it's not because of the golden mice, broadly speaking the deployment of the concept will get people off ICUs in a day or so safely until a vaccine is out and running,
Bring your boarding pass and good luck getting in.
Been mental today
"Wouldn’t touch SAR with a barge pole"
Lol
Wrong, we are trying to keep the rate between 0.5 and 1 Max .1 person infect 1 person ( worst case scenario)
Gents,
They will not disclose their cards now, It would be very sillly and imprudent. They got called out on the press conference about the 20000 death forecast which we are past already." How do you explain the difference ?" The Poor soul turned blue.
It's very clear the plan is Antibodies testing at 360 degrees to silently pursue the original herd immunity goal. They gave out the info without realising it.
n Millions have been spent on the production lines and you don't spend money and precious time on something that you know it doesn't work, period.
@Quick
The percentages are laughing matter
Few pointers: in italy people were tested nearly before getting on ICUs. Death rate above average ? Guess why.
