May I ask why a current 24% drop in SP is an overreaction to the combined news of funding and a fire at a plant?

I'd really hope to think we'd get an RNS stating the outcome of the Well prior to quarterly results (presentation likely to be August based on previous years).

How can they say they're exciting times for the company? Fundraise after fundraise with 70%+ drop in SP over 6 months.
