Can we expect an offer coming in time from Xtellus?

Managed to acquire over 20% of the company without moving the SP

Achieving funding for a fanciful 2x 5k plants is very different to funding for a traditional drilling scheme which is what's happening elsewhere in the area, with what looks to be attractive output.

They have an existing lease intact through AC Oil. Can they secure a further lease and what does that look like for a potential drilling programme?

Can TOM facilitate the requisite permits and start up costs for wells with any residual cash from the land sale?

The biggest unknowns being:

- how much debt is owed out of that £1.2m?

- Are the interim board going to take a wage therefore further eating into any remaining cash

- Is there a search for a replacement to JP or are the interim board going to close shop upon

The RNS whilst a kick in the proverbials, raises a lot of questions

The interim board have deferred all salaries and unnecessary expenses until funding is secured.

You could take that as a positive that there's very minimal expenditure therefore no additional debt until things are sorted or you could take it as a negative. Depends on your outlook

The interim TOM board can literally see what's being achieved in the field over their fence in Utah.

They should essentially be mimicking what others are doing operationally and then selling the scaling up dream

I would have anticipated a follow up from the interim board now we're a month on from the untimely passing of John.

What must be remembered is the 10% lease via Greenfield that is now substantially more valuable than the company.

Interims due in the next week or so(?). Hopefully there's a crumb to hold onto within those.

If the untimely passing of Potter doesn't give rise to an EGM, then I'm not sure what does. Shareholders and arguably Malcolm Groat, Louis Castro and Zac Phillips need to understand and push forward with a realistic plan to progress the company

Being as polite as possible - he's such an unlikeable character (JA). How he hung on at the AGM is beyond me
