Hope you get your top up at a decent price. I was toying with putting an additional couple of K in yesterday morning prior to the rise, but held off. Bought a bit more PTV instead so not all bad. Really excited about TRAF. A very niche player in a sector that is en vogue and is running at a PE of less than half its sector peers. My only medium to long term concern is the housing bubble, but i think we have plenty to go before that pops!

Yes, the sales are chugging along nicely now. I have mixed views on a dividend which i know the CEO has mentioned previously, but he also mentioned as one of his reasons for listing on AIM as being to assist with fund raising. I suppose this would depend on the size of the project, but esssentially I would prefer them to keep that cash and use this for further projects rather than dillute. If they keep doing this and get more projects on the books this could easily do a MAR City 10 bag.

Yes, I am quite pleased that all holders seem to feel that this level of pricing is not adequate to sell in to. This is particularly pleasing given that the year high is 4p so not a million miles away from where we are now. Just need that spark of good news now.
