I would like to find out a bit more about the land investment before making a call. From what I can see the Arjan investment is in the area where the Dubai Wheel is being built so could be worth something as the development progresses. The book value here is £18m versus a current mc of £660k, so even allowing for a huge discount there is significant value. Will see how things develop this week.

I think I may have cleaned them out! Had to pay over the ask, but couldn't be arsed with doing multiple trades over the phone. Will be interesting to see how this develops.

Can you not get a price now. Tried Halifax but they no longer deal in it, but they are useless most of the time anyway!

Yep, my concern was that with difficulty dealing most would pass due to this, but if you can trade on TDW without a problem that is interesting.

Interesting. HL sent me round the houses and said they couldn't trade on line due to being listed in USD. Another black mark against them. Would have got in here earlier if I had known.

I was on the call and the questions I had were answered in a roundabout way, so did not ask any questions myself. The impression I got was that they have lots going on but as it stands the business is not, as yet, self sustaining. I missed the first few minutes, but I didn't hear any numbers from them. I would venture that if there had been financial growth in the business they would have mentioned this (without giving specific numbers) so my assumption is that revenues are broadly flat but they are expecting an uplift over the next couple of quarters. The wait continues....

Yes, I put a marker down here a few months ago, but went in heavy on my MAC profits. Plan to leave this one to mature and let the story unfold.

Yep, know a bit about KUL. Not a bad shout, especially with Mellon on board. Think the 5p placing will probably hold it back for a while though. Counting down the days here.
