For me its all about the size of the pipeline and the funding to deliver on that. We will have clarity on both points by the end of the month. Once the news hits I am confident this will fly into the 20's and beyond.

The a North Yorks deal is a nice surprise, but I see this as just one small piece of a huge jigsaw. If ASH can get similar arrangements in place with other county councils they may have to tap up their lender again! Hopefully people are beginning to cotton on to the potential here now. Onwards and upwards!
