Got to admit, feeling for djryan, I’m in a similar position holding close to 2 million shares, crossed my mind to pull a few out as like he, I was not happy with the comms from the company and all the last minute announcements, that said they are a junior minor, doing something they have never achieved before, it’s pleasing to note the latest pour was over 1000 oz, a marked improvement, and like DJ alluded to it will take a bit of time to get elation/extraction where they need it, a few more months maybe, glad I gave them a little more time

This news has to be a pre cursor for better news, makes no sense to announce this info IF they know they cannot deliver washed coal within 10 days, I am guessing what we are delivering 8,840 clean tons of Hi Vol B coal, must be washed clean coal, have a feeling this is going to rocket over 50p and nearer to 60 in the next 10 days, fwiw I believe integrity will be champing at the bit to get as much of our coal as possible, more off take agreements in the coming days

Medi, I do not think the bod unless otherwise stated in the admission document can exclude any investors, for a dividend to be paid it is on the basis of. All shareholders on the register before the ex dividend date, they would usually announce the intention to pay a dividend via rns, all the details of ex dividend date will be included, you usually see a sp increase before ex divi, and drop a bit after ex divi. Caveat, depends on what the divi is, if it’s big, it may bring in more investors and iis, pension funds as a good divi yield.

With regard early investors rewarding them will be just that, if you are holding shares at 10 20 or 30p and the divi is 5p, that’s 50% 25% and 17% respectively, that’s some reward for “early” investors, and presumably this would increase year on year.

There are many reasons to raise funds, not least farm ins acquisitions etc etc, you need funds to do this, they have raised a substantial amount of working capital to accelerate given plans, not least today’s news, expect more of these plus takeout agreements in the not too distant future, you can get places a lot faster with minimal dilution with a capital raise if you have clear vision and interest from neighbouring acreage, I’ve managed to accumulate 500k in Ben, I’m happy to give them a year and see how quickly they grow, the only time in the last 2 years where I like to here the words EXPONENTIAL GROWTH, good on you BEN onwards and upwards

A lot of bens initial raise will have been committed thus far, any extra chips raised will help the mgt speed the process up, when they are churning out the cash they can do a number of things, for example share buy backs……..what Ben takes with one hand, he give th back with the other
