Quick question does anyone know what the dividend forecast is for this year ? I think it was 0.33pence a share last year ?

Amazingly we didn't drop today and finished green. Nike finished in the green too so clearly the market must be thinking this has been marked too low and are waiting for the much anticipated results. Just hoping they meet the guidance and no more profit warnings! Not asking for too much ?

A monster rally based on what ? Can't see any negotiations with trade happening anytime soon with every country retaliating one by one. China today, will be a few more next week and markets are underestimating these actions. These prices could be here to stay, markets are already 9-12 months ahead of what is happening so a recession is looming very close!

All the clueless trolls will disappear when this is back over a pound which with a decent set of guidance can easily happen by summer IMHO. All bad news is priced in so unless there is another profit warning which I highly doubt as they've been very cautious with guidance figures this will start shooting back up.

Even with a positive update I can't see us getting that high with all macro events happening currently.

9% drop nearly. Something definitely is not right here. Results have been leaked early, you cannot put a drop like this down to macro factors. FGP has hardly dropped.

Why should the CEO stay in his job ? His doing an awful job, any of us could have done a better job.

Only a matter of time before we're booted out the ftse 100 which is at a record high and we're going in the opposite direction. Surely management are aware of this and need to get their act together and release some positive news before all the funds start selling and take us below 70p!!

Dealmaker1 we all make bad investments in life unless we're experts or have inside information which most of us on here do not. Please don't compare Debenhams to JD sports, I'm not even going to waste my time explaining why. Spouting negativity on here to get a lower entry price it seems will not really get you far. Your best bet is to buy these and hold for the turnaround which IMO is not far off or save your time for another company that you actually want to invest in !!

One thing for sure; this share never fails to disappoint !! I don't know how some individuals here have the audacity to defend the CEO. Either his paying you a hefty sum or your just plain stupid. I can't wait to get close to break even and get out of this basket case ! Plenty of better investments elsewhere.

Can anyone explain why this is dropping when we can't see any increase in shorts as they're staying clear, too much of a risk for them. Are they being marked down by the market ? If this is falling on a relatively flat day on the ftse, dread to think how much it will fall when market is down 100 points plus which is inevitable as it's over 8500. Could easy hit 75p at this rate

Where is the low on this is the million dollar question. I reckon around 70p especially if the market tanks a few hundred points which is inevitable.

An update with the common worde sale is proceeding as expected is very likely but another good set of figures and we should get back over 90p.
