- I think you will find their is plenty of news in the near term up to Christmas/Early Q1 and any one could significantly change our valuation. I’ve summarised below:

- IBS readout & partnership to take any further trials forward

- Covid preliminary data

- Further Oncology data on a larger group size

- Neurodegeneration candidate development with first trials likely to commence in 2021

- Preliminary results of clinical biomarker oncology study

- Covid full readout

- US Listing / Financing

- Potential update on the vaccine development with Merck

Either one of two things for me now...
1 - we have news either tomorrow or next week
2 - we have bottomed out and now we are In an upward trend and rightly so!

Just been thinking for 4d to get private investors onboard without the shares coming to shareholders they must’ve been some clarification on positive news in the pipeline otherwise why would the big players come onboard and invest the amount of cash what got invested? I’m wondering if maybe there’s a little news on the horizon ;-)

Jsb - is there any news due imminently? Or early autumn as stated in the video?

Will is shareholders get offered x amount of shares each as we Are already holding?

Torrea - I was just frustrated the other day because my shares between here and 4d went from 85k down to 69k (I’ve already got 100k invested in total) so when my investment was close to been halfed I had to get my frustration out.
I do apologise all but yes I’m sure we will soon move when it’s our time to go.
Hopefully we get some good news in the very near future :-)

Afternoon torrea - ahhh fair play mate, I’m in deep and at a pretty steep average, 3.2 to be precise and that’s £35k mate. So I have every reason to vent my frustration when you see company’s like Tomco who are joint ventures using our technology doing nearly 200% gains in a couple of days even if it does retrace they are still getting the ride.
Yet without our technology non of any deals would be happening.
Understand my frustration?

The guys a tool. I vent my frustration out on the board because I’m sitting on a mega loss and it’s frustrating.
I guess BP enjoys losing though.
Ovbvoously I think qfi will come good hence me investing in the first place but there’s no harm in venting you’re frustration when there’s lack of news and you see others tied into deals doing double bag’s..,
I know everyone’s frustrated deep down.

Longlad - H & W yard? I thought you were meaning harland and wolff yard then in Belfast lol! Let me know and of course I’ll keep my ear out for you, I’m going on devonport Dockyard mate for Bab****s long term work on there so if anything’s going on (it’s a massive yard by the way) I’ll be sure asking questions as I’m like that anyway and of course any advantage is better than no advantage right? If course I’ll keep You up to date also.

Graham - well considering I’ve got £65k in here and you’re losses are down 20 odd k I think you’ll find the majority of you will be frustrated would you not?
I have been checking more than usual probably because I’ve been paid off out of work ect so not much else to do.
But I’m back away tomorrow and Start work again Monday so I won’t have time to check every 2 minutes like I have been lol.

Fastjet PLC - budget African airline with headquarters in Johannesburg - A total of eight contracts involving substantial shareholder Solenta Aviation Holdings Ltd have been identified as related party transactions under AIM rules that were not previously identified as such. Solenta is a Maltese-registered holding company for a number of African airline and maintenance investments and provides aviation-related services to FastJet. The eight contracts included a facility agreement and related contracts announced January 2017; an aircraft maintenance services agreement signed in June 2019; an operational CMI services agreement amendment entered July 2019; and a supply of services agreement entered in November 2017. The other four contracts were a new supply of services agreement signed in April 2019, two aircraft heavy and base maintenance contracts, and a charter services contract signed in January 2020.

I have had some contact from another shareholder on this issue and it is something that we are investigating - though it is usually retail shareholders who prefer SETS to SETSqx - as the influence of market makers is seen as being lower - so one of the factors that we will be taking into account is does satisfying some shareholders aggrieve another set of shareholders?

On the issue of your holding - yes £35,000 is a substantial sum and thank you for your investment and continued holding.

Yes I agree I am mentally torturing myself it’s not good for the health.
It’s easier said than done not checking it mind.
Then again I’m starting work again on Monday down Plymouth on the navy base so that will Stop me from checking the price every 2 minutes!

Seriously what is going on with this share price. . Are they dropping the price on purpose to trigger stop losses then bouncing back up?
Let’s see if it does the same as yesterday and dies out and drops in the last hour like it has done for the last few weeks.
Just drop to new lows or Bloody bounce will ya!! Sick of this messing around ffs..
