Based on the Company's strong cash flow and balance sheet, the CAML Board is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 9 pence per ordinary share. This represents 70% of our $30.0 million FCF, which exceeds the Company's stated policy of 30-50% of FCF. However, with cash-on-hand at a strong level, and in the absence of a material transaction, as in certain prior periods the Board determined a distribution exceeding the policy to be appropriate.

This dividend will be paid on 22 October 2024 to shareholders registered on 27 September 2024.
