Fernan10... I would suggest it to be advantageous to allow the potential farmee to decide if they want retain the Sidi Moktar permit..
"As a result, the Company announces that it has initiated a formal farm-out process for the Tendrara Production Concession and the surrounding Greater Tendrara and Anoual exploration permits and has appointed Gneiss Energy Limited, a leading energy corporate finance advisory firm, to manage the farm-out process."
rns regarding latest 'Local Taxation Committee ' confirmation..
Graham Lyon, Sound Energy's Executive Chairman, commented on July 13th rns....
With reference to the 'Local Taxation Committee's decision' on the 13 July....GL stated..
." We will both appeal to the Moroccan higher courts and reflect on the ruling with the various Moroccan ministries given its impact for new entrants into Morocco. "

I doubt Morocco will be too worried....they have a Plan B. (that SOU will help to finance...via their tax obligation)
