The Company continues to progress the LoI to a definitive contract with a view to completing this as soon as possible. Once that is completed the Company will update on the contract and the timeline. Helium One currently remain on track to spud in Q3 as they have previously outlined.

The Syndicate has, among its members, lawyers, accountants, professional investors and a senior executive of the FTSE 250 company. No one has been 'phished' to date. Rather people are using their joint legal, corporate and investment knowledge to protect their investment. The CEO will be hearing from the Syndicate in full and frank terms this week. The letter has been timed for maximum pre-AGM effect.
