I’m hoping at least half of the money is to be spent on increasing the value of the diamonds- you don’t spend money like that on Ratners jewelry ( for those who are old enough). I think when people say £50 mill my gut says easy that.

Anyone else think it’s a bit strange that the sp is frozen- expected a bit more volatility.

AP said his goal was always to turn vast in to a mid tier company, now that is round the corner maybe a new challenge is on the cards or just retirement.

I don’t know what anyone else thinks regarding an ideal time is to land a belter of an rns- for me I think I would land it after trading hours and then let’s say if it says we’ve sold x millions of quids worth of diamonds which represents say a quarter of the stash then everyone can get their abacus’s out and work out the value of the company in cash assets plus what the business is worth at present and then watch everyone clamber over themselves trying to get in in the morning- at least that way everyone here has a few hours of drooling and debating the opening sp and the investors on the sidelines have something to get their teeth in to. A 7am rns is not for me or even an intraday one.

Frontera you took the words out of my mouth- I think in this case they have underplayed it and are like excited kids waiting for the cleaners to do their magic- it’s like one of those safety deposit robberies you see on the tv when they empty wheel barrow loads of loot on the floor and have a divvy up. That was supposed to say not under 40 mill mcap. I’m guessing way over as Ap said value was multiples of mcap and as said before this will also open more revenue streams so this will accelerate things.

On the interview AP gave he said that they had sorted through the diamonds- then again and then again- so that bit was done. If it were me I’d take a portion of the diamonds ( say 20% ) of quite literally a mixed bag of equal proportion and put those up for sale- once sold you could then easily value the hoard approximately by multiplying it accordingly- give or take the odd one off priceless gem which would be sold separately. Easy- so if we have sold some I’m expecting fan rns for a guide of what we have ( minus fees and taxes) and we can get on with guessing debt pay off and money in the bank sums after all is sold and then we have to guess the value of the company as a going concern and not just what we have in the bank - that’s the tricky bit. But it’s not gonna be 40 mill mcap imho.

Well here we go again then folks- bought £2k more this morning and already showing a profit- enjoying the ride and I feel a nose bleed coming soon as we take off.

If the first batch was sold for 12 mill this would go to 1p plus because they’d give an indication of what proportion that was of the whole stash surely- then everyone can do the rough calcs and it will be a no brainer from there.
