The way I read it was gr has sold his shares and lent Prem the proceeds of around 1.7 mill. He expects that exact amount of money back plus the £19k odd it cost to execute. Total that all up and that is what gr is owed- when he calls the debt in shares totalling said amount would be issued ie amount of £ divided by sp at that time equals amount of shares issued.
If I am right ( not saying I am) then he sold high off the back of a positive rns and could call the loan in on the back of a not so positive one like oh we’ve decided to raise 5mill to keep the lights on til Xmas by which time we’ll be self sufficient. Then the sp dives to below recent lows at a guess and George fills his pockets with 50% more shares to then sit back and wait for production and positive quality figures - sp doubles and you might find George has a reason to sell half his shares for another project or retirement plans.
You’ve timed it better than me then as yes I bought back in the .5’s and my prediction of .6’s by cop today looks rather optimistic now. - tough to call the bottom here as just when it holds it then drops more. This is clearly a case of the trust has dwindled as £2mill shares being sold I don’t think is completely responsible for this big drop. That said I think we’ll get an rns when funds are transferred in prems account and that should give us a lift.
I still have faith but I don’t like seeing a big red number in my share account.
Good luck mate.
Cheers clueless- it’s a last resort as people can have there opinion but he’s like a fly in your bedroom at night annoying the crap out of you and just when you think it’s gone out the window it comes back and lands on your nose- swatted!!!
What we don’t want to do is drop below the 100mill mcap ( .44p) as some investors have guide lines. I’m hoping they are cleared by the end of the week so we can rise once again- it’s supply and demand and at the moment they don’t balance out.
Cringsing - I totally agree with you regarding the football club analogy and your head should always rule your heart in this game but mate I’ll have to disagree with you on the bit about everyone’s selling as I don’t think they are- gr shares will be gobbled up on this false sp rate- we all know this is bargain basement price on a bank holiday sale- not a closing down price.
The mm’s will be working hard here to keep that balance- put it in to free fall and no one wins-it’ll be like playing a fish- reel in a bit- let it take a bit of line when there’s too much resistance and before you know it we’ll get an rns to say we’ve landed the bad boy- then the sp will climb naturally.
Wish I had kept some powder dry for the drop today as I thought we bottomed yesterday- ho hum you can’t get it right every time and I remain confident we’ll finish on a high this week.
I do wonder if we’ll be notified of the completion of the £2mill transaction or wether we have to assume it’s already been done and all shares have been sold.
