I'm thinking it's a case of who blinks first.
If nothing happens by September I'd expect a heavy flow of news going into mid October leaving cgp in an dire position with no option to take oue generous offer.
Obviously lots of factors that could change this like Ncm showing there hand.
To me it makes no sense for Solg to release news.

How can cgp win votes with no clear path of what they are trying to achieve and how they will achieve it?
All they have come up with is mud slinging.
Cgp shareholders should be wary of what awaits them as its clear the main shareholders agenda is strictly about them and not shareholders while Nick has proved time and time again he looks after all(yes including himself) and locals in Ecuador as well.

If I were In cgp I'd want to know how our 420m would be funded before voting out the solg offer.
Being diluted to hell and giving all the benefits to 3 largest shareholders doesnt sound like a good deal.

Interesting read this morning, beats the craziness seen last night.
With all comments read this morning I think the price of metals rising will play a major part in putting pressure on majors to make a move in the next 6 months.

let's face it if we were ethical people we wouldn't be investing in discovery/ mining companies and if Nm was all about ego why put so much of his hard earned in here and not just do it for free
