That said id if it was just poorly drafted I will buy in again but it's a 40m question so vital it is answered

I fully support and trust RBM and the group are acting in our interests and will give it some time to get a sensible and fair result but I'm sure I'm not alone in never ever forgetting what certain individuals have done to ruin lives .. I've been investing for over 40 years and lost money on dozens of companies and shrugge iit off but i have never ever had money stolen so blatantly - I do not forget I do not forgive and i will never go away - there are other remedies if RBM fails to bring these people to justice one way or another

Blah blah blah blah blah future future - what get kefi actually get in return for giving up 10% of its part of Saudi Arabia- was it 3.5m or 175k - pretty key to understanding what Saudi is worth and NO ONE had provided an answer

Well the rns does not say that - it stated artar have carried the funding so far and kefi have been diluted from 40% to 25% but nothing is committed for tbe future but for me the key still is what the 2% was for - if it was for 3.5m i,ll buy back in - if its just the interest I won't cosbit values saudi share around 2m

The company has given awat 10%ish of its share of Saudi assets - the company needs to say exactly what they got in return - was it 3.5m or just some liquidity - THAT 2% explains what the market generally values the saudi assets at and is vital info the company cant keep quiet on

I'm still not clear on what the relinquishing of 2% of the interest in Saudi was for. I suspect it was deliberately vague for a reason.

1. IF it was to cover the 3.5m cash that Artar paid on Kefis behalf and that is no longer owed then that values Saudi assets at 40m ish and is very positive

2. IF it was to just pay for the liquidity ie like an interest payment/fee for a say a year but the 3.5m is still payable to Artar then 2% of Saudi is valued at £175k so 25% is about 2m and that is very negative

I did not hear any clarification from HArry in the webinar perhaps it will come later but they do like to keep things opaque while they make final preparations for relocation ....

Need to ask harry whether the 2% is in exchange for 3.5m - if it is it clearly values kefi share of saudi assets over 40m which is pretty good . If 3.5m is still owed despite losing another 2% then obviously not great

These guys are all multi millionaires - to think they were just wrong or incompetent is wide of the mark - this IMO is a carefully orchestrated theft of billions of assets. Most here will hope this dilution is reversed and the Board punished by legal means but some I fear will take matters into their own hands if that route is not successful- and deserved so - their names and addresses are out there and this is not gonna be forgotten by the victims

Either oil is there and the Board are trying to steal it with their partners OR the oil isn't there and the Board has lied and defrauded us - either way they should be prosecuted .

If there is no oil I'm happy to lose my money but want the liars to face the consequences.. if the oil is there and they are trying to steal it then that is another matter altogether

It's sort of mental -1billion barrels of oil, worth tens of billions , board clearly not acting in shareholders interest - RBM let's get serious legal with them and get them serious prison time - I'd rather lose my 5 figure investment but get these cants locked up - I'm happy to spend a chunk to make itvhappen and I reckon a load of lawyers would work on a contingent basis - give them 50% if art gaffney tom etc do time

So what's the story - I don't expect anything as the BoD can't say anything outside of RNS and they are hardly gonna admit anything in a phone call but I'd like us to apply for an injunction or something - we need lawyers and courts not BBs - might cost money of course but you have the contacts and you can get contributions for the funds !

On the call tomorrow you should demand they ask for the share to be suspended, cancel the latest anavio deal and go through administration - an honest broker as administrator should be able to recover more than 135m. Later we can pursue the BoD for fraud, lying etc

Once all the deals are finalised and there is a shareholder approval meeting it would be a good opportunity to see whether some of the excess cash can be refunded to shareholders either as a special dividend or a share buyback process to stop any shenanigans

At any time in the last year the company could have raised tens of millions via rights issues at prices in the 20-30p mark with virtually no dilution to pay all these debts - why why why did the bod not - because they wanted always to screw the PIs

Cant believe 1billion barrels of oil along with carbon capture is not worth many many many multiples of 135m dollars so someone has lied somewhere - THAT is what the disconnect is and THAT is what we can go after the BoD on - if they lied they are liable for millions in damages no matter what happens to COPL itself

we can get proof from big shareholders whether they were approached (I know I wasnt), we can ask for evidence from the counterparty about valuations etc - many strands but we have been deceived

Why not - if we get 11-15m for SD we will have circa 15m pounds I. Cash and a market cap of 8 m pounds !!!

Damp squib - another nothing RNS to try to push share price up ahead of a placing - if its conditional it ain't final - there has been conditional approval for literally years !!

33% went for 5.5m a year or so ago so are we looking at circa 11m for the rest ?
