Why do you think I said let's see if they announce they have hit oil at 4300mtrs which would be in the next week or 2 which would then give an indication of what they are thinking. Not total depth. What would you do if nothing came out.

Why would I trust a portal in Kazakhstan when I don't trust a multi trillion pound system in the UK we all know is corrupt.
Licence will be put here first before anything in Kazakhstan portals and the consequences of not doing so is pretty damn obvious as with most info.

And I'm over the bloody moon that the Caspian team ain't drilling it . If and it's a big if that Sinopec do find a huge deposit would you want the Caspain team to to work on it cos they haven't done very good up to this point have they.
It would instantly lift a dark cloud over this company .I Can imagine the Kazakhstan government would be delighted with a jv as well. If there's one thing we all know it's that Caspian just can't do the job on its own as we have sèn over the last few years.

No point in having an asset with lots of oil yet can't flow it because our teams are just not good enough to exploit it. Like I said all of a sudden Mr Benn turns up . Just my opinion and I like it better than some of the other opinions on here.
Having a company like Sinopec on board would put more teams on the ground drilling better facilities pipelines built so on and so on. One thing for sure it can't carry on the way it's going.

If oil at A8 can Sinopec get it to flow and I'm betting they can and if so watch them come in and I'd take that all day long. And the market would move on that with oil flow on a deep and a huge company as a jv partner to exploit it at a pace far beyond what Caspian can do . We shall see over the next few months how it all pans out.

And I still believe if they find more oil below then Sinopec will come in big time in a jv. Proof is in the pudding if they find oil and get it to flow. Something our lot just can't do. Sinopec have everything to get this company moving in the right direction of that there is no doubt. Pipelines and facilities done in double quick time with them on board . Money no object to them especially if we find the mother load. To me it makes sence .

A8 must be getting close to where A5 hit oil, would be nice if they mention they have hit oil at around the same as would certainly give the shareprice a boost then carry on to ( fingers crossed ) bigger pay. At least it would give a indication which way they want the shareprice heading.

I'd be over the moon hitting at 4300 plus and anything below is a huge bonus . Roughly another 8 weeks to total depth.

If A5 is to be side tracked again do you think they will wait for news on A8 if they find more oil deeper on that drill then work on A5 to a deeper depth. Could that be why they seem to be holding back.

I think I'm right in saying it also has to go in the national gazzete within 48 hrs by law.

Must be international prices soon and I'm sure in won't be advertised in Kazakhstan before it put up on here. Can you imagine if it was.

If A8 is good and flows am I correct in saying they would have a rough idea on how big the Reservoir is through the tests on it, I understand more deeps are planned.

If that's the case then get Sinopec to finish A5 A6 . In fact bin the locals and pay to have the better crew to actually finish these wells to completion. Still think if A8 comes good then Sinopec will want a slice of the action.

Anyone think Sinopec want a slice of this if A8 is good , they know A5 flowed at 3800 and 801 when first hit. Shareprice nice and low and they are completing the drill . Just got it in my head they want a big part of this . Why would Caspian change it's mind on the last part of the drill ?

Or a Carlsberg rns we hit oil from 4350mtrs to total depth of 5300 but haven't reached the bottom. I can wait a bit longer for that one. Am I being greedy and go for 200mtrs instead.

A8, we could hit oil could we not around 4300 to 4500 mark on the drill and casp inform us . Probably wouldn't knowing Casp . Just a thought but could liven this up a bit.

Give them a chance. It's been only a few days since news, they have oil it's been flowing to surface at around 1100 bopd and now in test phase and a lot of work to do.

If they got say A5 flowing at around that 3800 mark surely you would wait for A8 and others deeps knowing they have found the solution to the deeps. To hit 15p means they have achieved it and at mjf at international prices it would be well beyond that. I agree at 15p I would take some of the table.

Tengiz took years to flow the first well.. but yes this is taking far to long to sort 3 deeps out. One and a half years for A5 that was flowing at 3800 bopd and nothing since. Just don't give a sh.. about shareholders whatsoever.
