Delayed tactics or not makes no odds now as they have opened up to us a bit more . 3 deep wells connected so far which is absolutely fantastic news and the fact A8 has found 37 metres up to this point with more to come over the next few weeks. I think a lot will be rethinking their strategies here after the news we have had and especially if they get A8 flowing as news on other deeps and license comes in .
I have to agree with some here that I'm a bit sceptical till they get one flowing after all the years waiting without success so let's hope Sinopec can achieve this goal for us and really see some great news flow over the next few months. A5 or a6 could well come before A8 especially if it keeps finding oil ( let's hope it does ) .

Yes but can they get core samples while still drilling .

Do they take core samples while drilling can you see where I'm going with this . If we do then we already drilled to 4391 2 weeks ago and have drilled roughly another 140 mtrs .

They say... Further drilling and core samples will be taken with a view to establishing the full extent of the depth of the horizon. Just asking a question.

If this alone proves to be around 100 mtrs like A6 and A5 which all 3 connected that is massive alone, find oil below that and this would be a different ball game altogether and looking like down the road. Saying that 58km across BNG is like down the road without oil below this find. The potential is staggering don't you think .
The market wants just one thing in my eyes and that's to prove they can get a deep to flow then they will have cracked the deeps . Must agree this was the best rns from casp in a very long time.
But I still believe if they prove up the deeps with A5 / A6 / A8 and poss one or two more an offer will come in , if they take it or not is another thing but when you have some of the biggest oil companies in the world around you they will be watching this like a hawk. Money talks and these lot have it in abundance.

If another 2 weeks pass and we only drill another 80 mtrs I couldn't care less as long as more oil is found, great results so far from this well.

37 mtrs so far with more to come. A8 could be a lot bigger than we all think mate I'm more than happy with what we've found already anything more is a massive bonus.

I could walk away now with huge profits but I can see a lot bigger pay day over the next 6 to 12 months.
Just getting A5 sorted and mjf without international prices is just under 37 mill profit . At international prices around 65 million so like you I think I can wait .
If they get all the A wells flowing within the next 3/ 4 months at local prices And mjf at international that still nearly 90 million . A5 at 3800 and the other 2 at 3000 bopd. I think I'll hang around.

In all honesty let it drop as I gives me more shares cheap and with 4 deeps having oil and the poss it's across our patch I'll keep taking them thanks. Just need Sinopec to crack A8 and flow. A6 and A5 shortly ( fingers crossed.

So we should be at around 4532 mtrs, just how f...ing big is this interval as they hit it before 4391mtrs . If the interval is small they would have known the size by now.

There's no doubt Tengiz will be looking over their shoulders at us with such a short distance from them if we have a huge field. Game of tennis anyone.

They have known exactly what they have been sitting on for a few years and we all would put our house in order ready just the same .
Come on let's face it A6 has oil and A5 flowed at 3800 bopd then all off a sudden A5 is blocked again when they could have side tracked it again over 15 months ago. Now A8 is getting to the business end of things and they just can't hide it anymore due to the fact no one on this planet can have that much bad luck especially as all around them seem to be doing very well with deep drills. Absolutely planned i think and a few here mentioned 2019 would be the year they open up . Now look all of a sudden mr benn pops up and we could have them all flowing in a few months and A wells all connected. They knew exactly what they had. We can all have our own opinion but the fact remains the deeps was held back and A5 was the proof with one and a half years on what could have been 2 months side track.
Now they are almost ready to let this go.
Don't get me wrong as we have all pick up super cheap shares so now we sit back with our popcorn and watch it unfold after all theses years .

20/50/ 100 plus would do me as long as they get it to flow which would be massive ànd anything below is a huge bonus . Fingers crossed and not long to find out. Wonder what the market reaction would be on finding more oil below . Alot of news coming that could at last put Caspian on the map .
Every part of my body tells me sinopec will make an offer that will be turned down if they have more oil below . What Caspian has got is already big and another few deep wells will prove just how bid a find it is .
Will Caspian sell or take forward , either way the share price will be far beyond these levels.
And I'm loving it.

Was just mucking around mate. Been on a buying spree since January and pleased I did with profits and added 680000 to my Caspain bounty in that time . This is my pot to play with the other is long term. I think most here have bagged a sh.. load at 5 or around that so it's nice to have a happy board again especially after the last year and a half.

40 plus dollars a barrel me thinks 20/ 80 spilt local and international prices profit . Now 52km poss of oil across our patch, I don't need to do the maths a as it's a sh.. load of money . Get the 4 deeps flowing and mjf alone is worth 180 plus million a year profit . Now add on more deep wells and mjf and you could be looking at 4/ 5 hundred million profit a year and it's onshore. I think I'm under estimating it mate.

I'd expect 20 plus on license and another find below on A8 without anything else. Looks promising that Caspian have found a huge oil field. Still believe Sinopec will be desperate to have a piece of this if they find more oil at A8.
Be a few companies keeping an eye on this over the next few weeks .
I wouldn't sell any if they have more fantastic news on A8 even at 30p due to the fact they have found a huge oil field with everything on the doorstep making this a come and buy me for ????
If it all comes together with it being a huge find I think 1.8 billion would be cheap but that's just me .
You just never know with oil companies.

Bloody hell mate you don't need this to come in if you can afford to take you wife out to lunch. I've got a tuna sandwich with a bit of wet lettuce and tomatoes that look like there 3 days out of date and a packet of crisps. Looks like another 3 days on the toilet for me looking at it. I'm sure I'm getting poison slowly so she can have all my Caspian spoils.
