Anybody by any chance got David Burns mobile number would be much appreciated I still assume he is the CEO of dominion,see if he can at least tell me if talks are positive or not or for that matter anything that will shed a bit more light on the subject.

Dominion are a waste of time as I have sent emails but not once have I had a reply from them and not all to do with the 1well but the mustang field project as a whole. Hope for news by next Wednesday be it good or bad ,has anybody else contacted Andrew Morrison on here and had a chat with him as maybe they'll get a different angle on how things are going it's worth a try?.

Also why haven't dominio said anything as the 15th has long gone,surely they must acknowledge to the market that payment has not been received from silvermere so a auction while take place on the 6 August. Andrew seemed fine and was more than happy to talk to shareholders if and when possible for him.to do so but couldn't give me much info but should hopefully have an update by the end of the month

Just got of the phone with Andrew and they are definitely still in talks with both dominion and mineral and finance, I also asked are the talks going well but he said we should hopefully have some sort of outcome by the end of the month . I also approached the subject of dominion selling the assets but could not give me any info as that would be breaching the aim rules by not iinforming the market first, I thanked him for his time.I guess he is a very busy man at the moment but so he should be.

So let me say this doc. You have just told me everything we already know so no new news yet from silvermere. I also like the fact you rate this now at 0.0001 well I beg to defer( old boy)as it stands it rated at 1.875 till we get confirmation on what is happening with silvermere energy and as you say it's your personal view so in fact means jack till news comes out from the company.. Yes agree about the time frame for the clean up but during that time the pipeline was down for a while and far as I'm aware a well can take month's for a clean up but i'm not an expert in that field but i'm sure somebody can correct me if I'm wrong. To be cautious one must have the correct information put in front of them and as we we're told the pipeline was online And when you look at the flow rates up to around the first week of April things looked pretty good from their first well so I had no real worries up to that date. I had spoken to Andrew Morrison as had others and was given no indication at all of any problems that was about to surface in the coming few weeks.gla

Well I hope we're still in the game for a start off mate but as we all know we can do absolutely nothing but wait with fingers crossed for a scrap of good news for once, at least they are still in talks to get this resolved so not over yet. I'm just as concerned about if Andrew Morrison pulls this off can he take this company forward as he hasn't done a good job so far for us investors.gla.

You just cannot base your investment on someone's post from another board be that coming right or not, how did this poster get this info before it being released by the company itself I obtain information from the company i'm invested in and make a judgment call on that info and I can assure you I was unaware of a problem like a lot here till they released that information by rns, To suggest should have known better I find rather insulting as each and ever one of us make mistakes in our investments or there wouldn't be a market to trade in I'm afraid you will always get people on these boards and others either saying the they have had info from a good source and it's going to do this or that but in reality they know no more than you or me and just guessing and if they get it right people start to hang on to everything they say, let's face it ladies and gentlemen we see it everyday on these boards they can do no wrong,hopping from share to share with the pretense they got in a few days or weeks before but have just got in then up it goes with the usually it's going to fly then out with a quick 10 or 20% knowing the share has been talked up but still letting you think they are still in then falls sharply . I sleep soundly at night knowing I have influenced no investors in this way and mark my words watch if this share gets to fight another day they will be here in a flash and gone just as quick but still lurking in the background then the odd message again back on to stir people back up and all I can say is nice one mate you do yourself proud. Most people in these boards are great trying to help others out with research just a pity others think they have to wipe you off the bottom of there shoes by belittling you in whatever way they can. I watched it a few months ago on a company i was looking at and a new chap had just joined the lse and was asking a few questions on how to get live prices and rns live and some lovely people on here told him to do his own research and find out for himself but some good lads had no problem giving him that information on the gkp board,a nice welcome hey.gla and let's hope for news soon

I like most investors in here was so positive about this company but have over the last year or so had the stuffing knocked out of us with one setback or another and most slme could do nothing about but wait and with just the mustang field to our name we were relying on that first well to generate income to support the next few wells in this project and of course we all know the rest. The mustang field in itself is or was a productive field when you look through the 8 or 9 well data that remains of which you can view at the Texas railroad commission website so the mustang field was a good asset to have obtained a percentage in especially going for the deeper oil play within the zones they had looked at. So for me the asset is sound and if Andrew can keep us in the game somehow and the 1well is producing to a good level and we still have a small percentage in it the investment could still work . I'd have no problem if more shares come to market as we have just 40million shares and if you compare that to many other young oil and gas company's it nothing. A big question would still remain for me and that is can I trust Andrew Morrison to move this company in the right direction and be more open with us which leads me back to if the fact the financial institutions back him then they must also trust him as well,anyway good luck to us all we need it.

By the 15 July or the assets will be put up for auction by the 6 August,if they can't sort it out by tomorrow I think that's it they have had a few months to get this deal done so i'd find it hard that they can sort it by Monday don't get me wrong if they do that's great but I can't see it personally.

Nothing by tomorrow night i'd guess they couldn't reach an agreement that was satisfactory for all going parties, stating the obvious I know just hope we get some info tomorrow.morning.

Well who's hidden behind the sofa,who's bitten their nails down to nothing,who's keeps refreshing that rns page every 10 mins, who's pacing up and down the room ,who's wife will not be best pleased with them for a few days if this goes tits up that must be me then ha ha. Come on slme give it to me straight have I lost my dosh in this company or not it's quite simple we've waited and waited and I'm no better of about the situation and only 3 days to go so please pull ones finger out .

What a week we've got coming up i'll be either counting my losses or over the moon I have got a chance of recovering some or all of my money or indeed keeping a bit in dependent on what news comes out gla
