GALANTAS GOLD CORPORATION TSXV & AIM : Symbol GAL   Successful Pilot Tests on Tailings Re-Treatment & Results of Special Meeting of Shareholders   23rd January 2014 : Galantas Gold Corporation has today announced the results of positive test-work on tailings re-treatment and results of a Special Meeting of Shareholders.   Operations / Test-work. During the fourth quarter of 2013, tests were carried out on tailings cells filled during the earlier operation of the mine. The results confirm pre-existing data that indicated the tailings contain between 0.5g/t gold and 1 g/t gold and meet European Union standards for definition as inert material. A low energy cost processing solution, based upon a Knelson CD12 centrifugal gravity concentrator, which was already utilised in the gold processing plant in a secondary role, has been successfully pilot tested as a prime re-treatment component for flotation tailings. The tailings do not require comminution (crushing and grinding) for re-processing by this method. Concentrate grades produced by the pilot study were high, between 298 and 526 g/t Gold, with between 207 and 270 g/t Silver. This compares to grades for flotation concentrate from mined vein material of around 100 g/t gold. The higher concentrate grades have a higher financial reward from a smelter because a proportion of smelter charges are calculated on a tonnage basis and the lack of comminution required reduces energy and labour costs. Secondary re-treatment, by froth flotation, of Knelson concentrate tailings, was also pilot tested but was found to produce a relatively low value product.

Hello everyone, I received a phone call last night from lets just say from a very good investor and he was talking about sterling energy might be having talks with John Greenall of Lansdowne oil and gas about taking a position in and this is where he is not to sure the barryroe oil field or the expected drills coming up soon on their other fields. Now before people start i'm not invested here ( yet ) need to do some research and see if sterling would take a position in Lansdowne. Has anyone else heard anything at all and do you think this could happen. you can believe it or not as i'm just asking the question.

I understand what your saying but i'm afraid I have others already in the draw and the way aim is more might just follow them, I'm not going to invest in the new company as a cash call is required and I feel I've been had here big time by them and when you've had your ass spanked once best you learn your lesson and not do it again ,my shares which I hold quite a few are worth to me nothing now so why should I let slme get out of this with their head's held high to start another company with no blemish to their name and to me that would be unacceptable remember your being offered peanuts for your original investment here so the likelihood of you getting something back we'll all I can say is don't hold your breath .

What I find difficult to get my head around is the well was producing but with restricted flow then we get told in april a workover is required to get it sorted ,would dominion hold back or slow down this procedure knowing slme are in financial difficulties and they can get 100% ownership of the well and field back on the cheap.I bet my bottom dollar's the well willl be up and running with good flow rates within a month or so after this is sorted. I Will cut all ties and vote a big no as i've lost whichever way you look at it and all because Andrew Morrison could not sort out and let's face it less than a million pounds finance to put in place or around 25 million share placing is just mad for god sake we only have around 40 million shares in issue so it just does not stack up. The company must of known it needed Money long before all this and i and many other's had or was prepared and set our share plan up for just this as it is a young oil and gas exploration company that needs money to find it's feet so to speak. I still believe the assets are good or why has this well not been abandoned and plugged after four and a half months but of course this is just my opinion on things?

Well I guess we might get something back but will just have to wait ,very disappointed but half expected and itt not the end of the world,big loss on this but as one would say on to pastures new. Hi mate, yes it's the whole mustang 818 l field that sivermere owns will be put up for auction on the 6th August or that's how I read it, I have sent another email to David burns and it was opened ten minutes ago let's see if they have the decency to reply over the next day or so.

I still think an agreement could be close if they are still in talks which i've been told they are and the fact dominion have not informed the market about payment not being received which you surely would do if talks had stopped or not going well, we haven't got long to find out.

I've sent a few of them forms but have never had a reply for them and that includes asking for David Burns telephone number or mobile number so I can contact him directly to have a chat about the mustang project as a whole but to no avail, What I don't understand is dominion have given a date of the 15 July for payment to be received or assets will be put up for auction on the 6th August,but dominion have not informed the market as far as i'm aware that payment was not received which would it not be part of the legal processes under any agreement to inform all parties on this matter.you can't just sell an asset belonging to another company without following the correct process or dominion would find themselves in trouble.
