Some great posts by you lot, look I'm just saying that the younger generation are learning as we all did but in a different way. There are some awesome youngsters coming through on BT that will push the company forward of that I have no doubt and a great blend between young middle and old and it is been my great privilege to pass on my knowledge to the younger men and women. Times have changed and the work force has also adapted to ever changing circumstances put before them. I talk about the pensions with passion because I don't want to see the younger generation get a very poor deal when BT can certainly afford to do better on that front. I don't see the the top management getting such a poor deal do you. Give me just one reason why GP or the top management get such great pensions when I see that has happened over the last year or two. Will they get a bonus of the back of this for saving the company millions of pounds even though they have cost the company billions of pounds over the last few years. Sorry but if you lost that kind of money you would be sacked yet all top management have kept their jobs. And guess what who's having to pay for it and who's laughing at us because they're alright Jack. Sorry but the work force is the lifeblood of this company and not the management.

We keep banging on about old engineers yet forget what they bring to BT. Most of them could wipe the floor when it comes down to skill and knowledge of the network compared to the younger generation, why because they learnt by being put with skilled engineers not for a few weeks but till they understood what is required to do the job properly. It's no fault of theirs but upper management that just don't understand and think a push of a button and it's line is fixed.. The problem comes down to one thing and that's time on a job and ask any engineer and most will say they do not get enough time so what do they do they rush the job or they get a tick against them and we know where that leads don't we. So let's talk about pay as the younger generation are on less than others. Have any of you asked yourself why that is and if you Have then have you been to the union about it ( OF course not as it was the bloody union that agreed to it ). They bang on about all being equal yet this is clearly not the case . Yes in 10 years or so the older generation will have gone and the fight to secure better pay and conditions with them. Upper management have walked all over you and all you can do is watch them getting richer while you get less and less pay / pensions/ conditions.. . Work it out for yourself with the pensions for you younger generation and truthfully tell me you can live off what's on offer and the answer is absolutely no way you could do so. Talk about scrapping the barrel. And what point do you stand up and say enough is enough ( 15 years down the line is to late I'm afraid). Hmmm up to you as you are the union. BT haven't done this to Make you retirement better they have done it to make more profit of the back of your pensions. Get it through your heads you are going to be worse off in retirement by a lot and you are going to let them do it . So while some here take the p.ss out of the older engineers it's them that got better working conditions all round for themselves by fighting for it. Maybe it's time you did the same before it's all gone.

The news yesterday was absolutely put out to drop the price as you state. Why throw in the mix that 801 now needs 445 metres when only last month it needed 200 yet no work was done on it because of adverse weather conditions. I bet by end of April beginning of May at least 2 of these wells will be put on 90 flow tests just in time for international prices .

If A5 can't be cleared can it still be used as it still flows at over a 1000 barrels a day. Yes not the 3800 but still better than nothing.

My thoughts to. A5/801 done by end April beginning of May and oh look a6 is all but done ready for flow test and hey presto just in time for International prices you just couldn't make this up but it does look as if that is what's happening. Soon find out .

Hope you don't mind me asking another question. If the deeps are good what's your opinion on the pipeline time frame. Would that be later in the year due to the volume of oil these are producing as surely trucks couldn't cope with it. Thanks

Please slow down on the amusement as I've almost finished the popcorn again . Don't know about the rest of you but I'm here to make a profit on my investment but it does sound like some couldn't care less, most people couldn't care less what others brought in at and and at what point they did . If you feel rxp is a good investment with growth potential and it ticks the box then invest if not that's fine . Only 2 ways this can go so not rocket science and my bet is upwards this year and all I can do is wait and see. Glad.

It's achievable given the right conditions especially in the oil industry but I'm not saying it will. If I made 50 percent back on my investment here in a year or so I would be absolutely delighted and anything more is a bonus. I guess we will find out over the next few months how this might pan out.

It's just his personal opinion he has formed on this company at the present time and has no bearing on anyone else's investment here and if it has the said person should not be in this game. His strategy is different to mine but that's all. He wishes to come on here and express his opinion yet has not invested in the Company then fine but I stress again it's just his personal opinion and absolutely nothing more. I have placed my money on a good outcome over the next year or so and if I'm correct my bank balance goes up if not I move on as will E1.

Why filter E1 or anyone, I have never done that in all my years on here, this bb is about info and he you or me might just get some info that's important enough to warrant looking at. Agree or disagree with them it makes little or no difference as you should trust in your investments and ajust them according to info at hand. I believe it will come good this year in my opinion and E1 thinks it will take a different route maybe to the same outcome or not but that's his opinion and crucially his money to make or lose and who am I to judge his or anyone's expectations here
