CVA is for a insolvency, SDRY have just agreed a loan extension and extra funding until next year so how can they legally claim to be insolvent, also why was JD’s offer rejected as it wasn’t in the interest of shareholders?

That’s simply not true. Corruption for winning contracts was concluded some time ago now and directors involved have left the business.

SP holding around 25p is suspicious, can’t see the shorts exiting after that RNS, we shall see after mondays close. I’m struggling to fathom what’s actually going on here.

Well, the volume has changed, over 30m shares traded.

Hell, the company may even succeed in cost cutting and turn a profit over the next 6-8 months. If it’s still in a bad way come February then game over. I’ve waited longer with other stocks.

Perhaps Gary but who knows what might happen next week. 5p? IP sale of Europe/ North America? Bid from a competitor? JD thought it was worth a punt but fell short of what the board would accept then threw his toys out of the pram which has caused the current demise of the SP. it’s all still to play for IMO albeit at a risk. But then everything is a risk.

25p is starting to look like the magic number. Wait and see if the shorts agree?

This will be a painful day/ week/ couple of months for genuine holders. PFC probably has a future due to its backlog but it doesn’t start today in terms of SP.

This news is exactly what they’ve been waiting for and why they’ve built such a large position. It will be a blood bath until the actual debt for equity numbers are posted. However, it will secure the companies ability to continue trading and as long as they can cover their debt and make a profit, it might finally turn around. Watching closely now for the bottom but I won’t be jumping in until the numbers are published. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a takeover attempt after dilution???

Check my posting history before calling me short. I’m still long on Pfc albeit much reduced from my previous position. I will only buy in when the shorts have made a proper attempt to close and the finances are in order and the business is predicting a profit. Happy to be late to the table but there must be food worth eating.

I’m really glad this has rallied for genuine holders however, with sells outstripping buys almost 2-1 shorts not budging and the bond in the toilet, this rally makes no sense, be very careful .

I’ve been in PFC for a few years now and been burnt. I’m just stating my observations. Perhaps someone is buying or shorts selling but if not ???

Also, numbers have not been mentioned by SDRY, other than materially lower than 28p. Could be 1p or 10 or 15? 20 is unlikely but again it has to be approved by the board who recently told JD to “put up or shut up”

He couldn’t put up and code not to shut up but cause as much damage to shareholders as possible. He needs to leave as his position is worthless to shareholders.

Just because he’s attempting to steal the business and rip off shareholders, doesn’t mean he can.

If that’s the case, JD will be the only holder voting that through.

Caution required

This is a regular occurrence with PFC. unless the shorts are actually reducing the raise is on thin air and it will return. If an RNS lands soon then it’s definitely a leaky ship.

They won’t raise enough at 5p, very unlikely IMO. Plus, they have enough cash for the time being. Disaster will be Hilko calling in the loan early or CVA. They could well simply continue with their cost cutting program and bring the business back into profit.

I’m also still holding, albeit a reduced amount from day 1 after the RNS. Was 0.3% now 0.15% and not selling any more
