The risk is still high, if the contract isn’t renewed the future of the business is uncertain. If the contract is renewed then another 10 years minimum of revenue and profit and the SP will be a distant memory.

But with net assets $340m it begs the question why is the Mcap so outrageously low?

Not long to wait now!

I suspect they will only invest in bringing the turbine up to full capacity if the contract extension is granted.

This is definitely an all or nothing trade!

I fly for a living and have worked for BA,Easy,Emirates and Jet2.

Personally I believe you can’t beat Emirates but for short haul Ryanair are always last choice and only if the savings are significant. I’d choose BA or Easy all day long.

Easyjet seem to be copying Jet2’s business model which has proven successful. The 8% recent drop as a result of Ryanair’s update is over done IMHO.

Easyjet are the only airline shares I’m currently holding.

It doesn’t however take away from the last financial update.

I just purchased another 13712 shares which are showing as a sell at 7.6 on LSE.

Following the recent significant decline in the Company's share price, the Company notes that the share price has now stabilised, but the Board believes that it is in no way reflective of the Company's underlying long term value.

Makes the latest RNS sound controversial.

15p undervalued the company, then they issue an ambiguous RNS about contract extensions.

I know this is aim but they owe shareholders more clarity on this situation.

The contract was for 25 years with an option to extend a further 10years which they have applied for.

The risk is the government refusing to extend. But if the contract had the 10 year extension bolted on, why wouldn’t the government approve it?

I’m increasingly suspicious having lost on SDRY, PFC,ESKN.

These companies have a habit of mismanaging debt and simply throwing the towel in. It’s PI’s who loose.

I suppose the real question is are the net assets dependent on the extraction of the 1.9TCU in the field or not. If so the business is worthless without the extension. It’s a gamble from here until August

Therefore if the 10 year extension is approved I believe we could well see the SP above 100p again. If not?? They still have net equity of $340m
