Trev, good question, in such a scenario it would depend on the expiry date of the option. If the share price is 15p in 6 months time and he has the option, its a winner.

I agree yes we do. Despite my whinging I actually suspect they've got it wrong in the RNS. I have no qualms with options at 5, 7 and 10p

Luke the option is not at 5p it's at. 05p.

Take todays share price that's 6,333,333 * .04 = £253,333.32

That's a quarter of a million bonus for staying a year , less the cost of paying for them but it's fractions of a penny .

And that's just one member of the board.

As it is, the market is probably me, you, a couple of others here and Seamus Cornelius.

There's probably an advantage to moving in a few different circles when it comes to financing , in terms of networking and connections.

I'm sure there's a theoretical limit, but it could open a few doors.

I want the directors to have enough skin in the game so if things go wrong they hurt, I don't mean they end up destitute or they end up depressed for months on end, I mean they should put in themselves an amount that means they're respectful of every penny that we as shareholders have put in.

Likewise I like the fact that they'll get rewarded, but the risk / reward can't be asymetrical.

In return knowing that these people have respect for shareholders by genuinely being one (not just loading up on freebies and options), I'm always happy to put my hands in my pockets for a bit more if I know it's going to used wisely and not by cowboys.

To that end I'm happy at the moment.

The key question for me then is the final report published on the 7th (My guess is yes), since SO4 have been dealing with a draft I'm not overly worried about the results. but obviously it's a key milestone.

Welcome to the board, I was considering putting a link to the article on the DNK forum, but since you're on here I think thats up to you, it is ridiculously quiet though as its yet to achieve the kind of critical mass of users needed for a full discussion. Also worth doing on the DNK forum on hot copper IMO ou might get some decent feedback.

Meanwhile in So4 land we still await approval from the environmental agency, according to a post from a mysterious stranger known as 'lenses" on the blue channel I think today was the day the company should have completed the last part of the applicationsl, and final approval decision is scheduled for early August
