To me it looks like somebody needs funds elsewhere so is selling.

No reason to sell at this price.

Looks like JPM have been selling their stake for quite some time, I get the feeling they really want out rather than the usual shady forward selling, 16 million shares to go, so about £4.4 million still to clear. No idea why they got cold feet, but it's keeping a lid on the price for now.

Total speculation but I think AFC will stick to their word, but in all likelihood there'll be some placing for the rest.

Interesting to see the slides from AFC, they seem positive and that's the main thing as far as I'm concerned now (well that and finding out how the rest of the money is to be found).

Unfortunately I'm very time poor at the moment so couldn't have watched the presentation live, however I did get a heads up it was going to happen via h-o-t-c-o-p-p-e-r , somebody on their posted an email which I assumed was either from the company or one of the company brokers.

I'm thinking it Graeme Clarkes interview might have been delayed to coincide with todays news, and no doubt about it it's good news.

Nothing to it, I've seen plenty of examples with 1 share sale and nothing announced.

If it was a real thing, it could easily be abused. For example a nefarious trader could convince people an RNS was on the way by buying 1 share.

Stock box tend to publicise the interviews based on the interview date rather than when it's released.

Gc was very much a background figure at sirius when it came to finance, the project was far too complex for a startup and most of the blame for the inexperienced shareholders getting shafted can be put at the door of Thomas Staley and Chris Fraser, best to focus on the fact he can run a potash mine.

I'd agree he'd probably be best of staying silent about sirius at the moment though.

It's from April last year, I'm assuming the party in question is or was Eurochem.

Any such deal would surely help the case for funding
