I bought more about a year ago, waiting for the Araguia FS due mid year. It came out months later in two portions. Nickel softened, two large sellers, neither the fault of HZM, so we are hovering around 2p, I bought in the 4p range.
I do know when to cut a loss, but I have never wavered in thinking that sooner or later we will see 20p plus here. That will do me fine, we won't know when, it could be quickly or slowly, it just adds to the interest.
PS I think those in charge are about the least likely on Aim to stitch private investors up, any hint of that and I move on quickly.

You would not know a thing until that RNS landed.
Clean Teq Sunrise mine will provide enough nickel for 500,000 batteries a year, our possible production at Vermelho seems to be thrice that.
If you wanted to secure supplies for the foreseeable future, in a mining pro country, you could do worse.

Interesting comments on this article, Tesla appear to have it right considering owning the whole battery supply chain from mine onwards.
The battery makers at the moment seem to have the upper hand over the car makers. They both need battery grade nickel though!

Vermelho is expected to produce 46,000 tonnes of nickel and 2500 tonnes of Cobalt annually.

Clean Teq (who have had no trouble finding partners) are expected to produce 19620 tonnes of nickel and 4420 tonnes of Cobalt annually.

PS Well done HZM on power line!

It was nice being at 2p for a while, but in my opinion once the PFS on Vermelho is released the current share price will be irrelevant.
We won't be around as an independent mining company for long and the share price we go for will be based on the future price of nickel.
Well that is just my opinion, but quickly or more slowly we should see massive value added here.

Interestingly he says the NPI mine in Indonesia which was supposed to produce nickel for E V batteries for $700 million dollars, had already had 7 billion dollars spent on it. The $700 million was an add on and NPI prices would have to double to make NPI available as a substitute. He said the mention of the lower development price had confused the market and the sentiment on nickel. He thought there would be separate pricing for Class 1 nickel, which would also need much higher prices, if industry wanted the supplies.
Also seemed to suggest that the price explosion in nickel that was caused last time early this century by China's need for steel as it industrialised the country, would be replicated with the need for battery grade nickel. Plod on!

Nickel $14271 in Shanghai for August delivery, China uses 50% of the world's nickel.

Thanks Catchingpigeons, I won't forgive if mid year becomes late autumn. They did that one last year with Araguia and I have the T shirt and decline in my wealth to show for it!
My hope is that in the increased gestation period after the Vermelho PFS an entity with a big need for nickel devours it, got to be at least 4.8p, option price for Jeremy and his crew.

PS Finance to be arranged on the future predicted price of nickel $13000 to $20000 plus.

Suggest you email them. I did once, got an intelligent reply from someone high up, was asked not to divulge the contents of the email. Suffice it to say I still happily invested here and events are unfolding as predicted.
