Not sure who Blaisse is serving. The rig RNS's 7th July and then 'volte face' 10th July, now the raise, they've paltry offer to PI's which could have been double what was offered, over before many were aware of it's existence also her lack of personal 'skin in the game'. German hydrogen and methanol fuel cell company SFC Energy has posted €7.3m ($7.9m) in adjusted earnings for the first half of 2023, compared to €3.1m for H1 2022.

I think DM deserves some credit for locating the rig. He was just unlucky! As Napoleon said "I would rather have a general who was lucky than one who was good” but then a good business man leaves nothing to chance!
