I think you might be wrong on this one and you have certainly shown yourself in a different light.If you read the QFI RNS carefully,you will see that all is progressing well and that MSAR will start being used by mid 2013.

How does cic fuels compare with the QFI product (MSAR),which would appear to be a strong competitor in this field?

One must think there has to be enormous upside potential here. Coal prices can only go one way that's up. The company is fully funded and proven reserved of coal plus a lot more to come very likely
