I was informed by SB yesterday that listing for a main exchange is well advanced although he could not say which one.Also the company and VSA will make every effort to make it a success.It's still a heads or tails situation for me,again we will have to wait and see. Duffer to make yourself a little bit more plausible,you could at least answer the question,what is your problem with CICC?Why the deep hatred and resentment?If you can't answer these questions are we to assume that you have some kind of mental problem?

I don't have any cohorts. What's your beef truth maker??what has so disturbed you as to make it necessary to be as abusive as you are or does it just come naturally?

Do you honestly believe that a hysterical rant is going to be taken seriously by anyone other than those that have an agenda with this company.If that's all you've got and you can't post in a civilised manner,then what's the point. Why is it that the trolls on this board are so utterly hideous?Oh I forgot that that's what trolls are meant to be ha ha.

I have received a reply from SB this afternoon.However because of the current climate on this board I am reticent to post any communication that may give any trolls something to feed on.I have since replied with some more questions. Sorry I can't be more helpful at the moment

Is just about right.I too have mailed SB a couple of times with no reply as yet, and will call VSA on Tuesday to try and gain some clarity.One of the questions I did asked was why all the positive news before delisting? The way in which some of the negativity has been posted,leaves a lot to be desired,but was to be expected as it almost always happens this way on these boards.To say that these posters have no agenda is an understatement. I am as perplexed as everybody else with this situation,why give us the news regarding the registrar and bank account and appoint directors and advisers,it doesn't make sense ?

I have no problem with what UP says,it's the way he tells it.I've filtered him,but he's still wilfully upsetting holders for no other reason than his own grotty ego and that's wrong.

I'm sorry to hear that he has sunk so low,there are some good posters on this board,for and against,however some appear to have no moral fibre and absolutely no sense of perspective.It's truly sad that he can lecture other people without realising what a truly nasty piece of work he really is.It's unbelievable to think that someone could post such bile and vitriol whilst pretending to do it in some twisted and noble cause,yet to be understood.It would appear that he would like to see the company finished which, considering he doesn't hold any shares,seems completely mental. I'm not going to say he's evil but a deranged low life might better fit the bill.What is this world coming to?It's only a share after all?

Good post,the last 6 months or so have been shambolic,and it's fair to say that the company has taken steps to sort things out.If we can move forward from here quickly then the delisting may be seen as a great move and not the disaster some would have us believe.SB has a lot more to lose or gain from this than all of us put together,so his interests are very much ours as well.Some of the biggest companies are private so let's not get to up ourselves about the stigma of being delisted.I hope that we can re list on the market and be independently and fairly valued .

I don't know if it's worth doing,there must be a cost attached to share transfer?It may be hard for some but I'm going to wait and see what the next move is.As I mentioned before the market valuation of CICC and the book value would appear to be poles apart.It's possible as well as the registrar and bank account issues there was something else not sitting right,between SB and the Nomad.It could be that timing is a factor in so much as necessary admin vs regulation went against CICC.The change in name also complicated the situation and the ensuing issues made it worse.This was all overseen by Cairn at the time so maybe the advice wasn't good,hence the split.Of course there will be those who disagree with what I say but I'm only guessing,like everybody else.It's far easier in this situation to point fingers and say "I told you so",but for me it's more interesting to look for the positives and see where we go from here.I shall try and contact SB to see if I can find out anymore about what's going on.One question will be if VSA can act as Nomads if anyone can answer that I'd be grateful.

So maybe SB has had enough of AIM and you can't blame him if he has.Rather than focusing on what's wrong with the company maybe it might be closer to the truth to as what's wrong with the market?And if CICC has got the clout to list on the main market then so be it.Of course questions have to be asked but not all of them have to be about the company's difficulties?We don't know what this company is really worth,but it's been strongly intimated today that it's a lot more than the market valuation.

Ok with me. Let's see where this goes and potentially enjoy the experience. It's out of our hands for the time being, but they've stated their intention to go into the main market and unlike some on here, I'm sure SB doesn't want to be seen as some wannabe fool does he?? This is really serious business something many can't comprehend. They've stated that the value of the company is much more than the sp and let's face it AIM is not exactly on a healthy place ATM so this could be the best move possible. We'll have to wait and see.

A man of his word. Maybe this is fantasy but maybe some of us could fulfil our dreams a little earlier than anticipated? Who knows? Answer ....nobody.Holders can say what they like,the potential in this company has just got bigger. The thing that is going to amuse me the most in the short term are the stories we are going to read from the detractors. There's absolutely nothing we can do but wait and amuse ourselves with the tittle tattle that will surely follow.

Tempting fate and counting chickens comes to mind.SB mentioned the possible appointment of a Nomad before,do you think he'd want to do it again.After all he's not obliged to disclose the potential appointment is he?

Larry,if we are in advanced negotiations,which we probably are and these are not concluded by end of play then time can be extended.So don't get too excited just yet...

Just looking back through the history,CIC Mining were suspended on the 31st July 2012 and weren't re listed until 24th December 2012.So there is an example of a longer suspension and I'm uncertain whether some people may be getting their nickers in a twist unnecessarily ?Of course it's not an ideal situation,but there again it's not the end of the world is it?

Err ,can't agree with you on that one.I bought shares in Eldridge Pope a few years back the company was bought out and taken off the market and about a year later I got a nice fat cheque and about a 90% profit.I like the way certain posters seem to want to try and make the situation worse than it really is,they also fall into the odious little toe rag category.AIMHO.

So we should first get an RNS about the registrar and dividends and then maybe one regarding the Nomad,plus reinstatement to the market?
