Not long to wait for the half year results and hopefully declaration of the deferred divi and potentially alongside an interim? Will this give some much needed encouragement to the SP? Poss not if the debt position hasn’t improved. Not long also for the saving of over 1m per month on the Billi deal which can start chipping away at the debt and therefore related interest payments.

I’m hopefully that within a year the share price will have pushed north a meaningful amount from where we are. Thoughts KETL holders?

I’m optimistic and have today taken just over 1000 shares for me and my daughters ISAs. Obv hopefully the market is currently mid pricing this company. Fingers crossed for 7am tomorrow.

My money is on that being the final offer we will receive. So now it’s decision time

My money is on KKR making a further offer. It’ll be interesting if next weeks update is extremely positive

We will see red or green. Hoping for some green momentum. With the Billi payments ending which can only help reduce net debt and therefore interest liabilities, surely that alone will see re rate of the share price even without any growth from Billis expansion into Europe.

Hi all KETL followers. I have always held a small amount of Strix. Having bought is at 80 and more recently at 44. This feels like a great opportunity to average down. Surely the price couldn’t go much lower than its current position based on last years performance, growth hopes and that the £16m to Billi will end soon. Feels like an attractive point to gobble up some larger quantities?

Controls seems to be flat yet they are innovating to try and stimulate that area of the business. Billi is the growth hope and here they have potential to expand geographically and with their product range. If the success of Oz can be replicated in even a small percentage of the rest of the world then surely the price will surge from its current point. What are others opinions?

Hi all. I have always been a high admirer and investor in SXS. While I’m sure we are all glad to see the rally from 20-near 40 I’d prefer the company to remain on the market and for me to be invested in them. They are a great company so it’s a shame for the market to be losing them. However if they are going to disappear then let’s hope it’s for the highest possible price.

The current bid price isn’t even as a high as their all time high price. It’s just exploiting the market low post the trump nonsense. I feel a rival bid will be for Mail used next week in the high 39s and then Adv will take us into the 40s. Watch this space.

Where to reinvest the funds when they do come??? HLMA is highly priced. RSW?

I am a fan here. Good history, investment in organic growth, m&A active, a cost efficiency program in place which aims to save £50m, diverse model with its business model… hoping tomorrows update, even with all the uncertainty, will give the share price a nice boost.

While they will move their primary listing the the US will they still trade in the ftse? Thank you

Feels like maybe it’s leaked that the deal isn’t going ahead. Otherwise why has the price drifted this low?

Hopefully mgmt will now knuckle down and continue to grow the business. One day you’d imagine the expanding US revs would attract a US buyer.. what will the next update bring?

Good to see share re purchases are greater now the price is more attractive, taking opportunity of the fall. I still feel this is a wonderful company now at a more wonderful price. I’ll continue to buy at these levels. Long term this is a no brainer in my opinion.

It’s a strong growing business. Market leader. Big US revenues. We all knew the price was depressed hence why we bought in but to actively sell it seems strange. Just keep the momentum and value will be achieved in the end.

Like you say I’m hoping the offer of 54p isn’t the last and final. At that price you’d like to think the board would reject it anyway. We were at 70 a few years back.

Shame as I was hoping this would be one to tuck away for the long term. Glad I got a chunk at 36.9 a few months ago.

The valuation here hasn’t really changed in 10 years. I first invested here around 7 years ago, paying the same price as it is today. Not a great investment historically but surely we are now on the verge of a positive price move. Improving margins, new business, a market leading position, no debt… maybe a takeover target as most of its revenues are US based. Mrkt cap of £105m. I’m buying at this level.

It can move to 44p on no news at all, it’s typical range, but with results soon which I’m expecting to have a very positive tone. Fingers crossed.

How big will the price drop be? 70s?

Does anyone have any insight into the increased debt? The last EOY report stated it was £5.9m. Now they are suggesting £50m. Increased inventory? To do with the new factory? I’m slightly lost as to why. Divi will obv be cut this year as EPS will be below last years payment. Anyone else got any thoughts?

Could this be the biggest single order in terms of £ in the companies history? Let’s hope there’s more of these to follow from the many other partners. Then we may finally see some share price movement… north!

I was hoping for a fall back to near 90 so I could pick up some more. My only concern here is the interest in the debt along with the level of debt itself otherwise I like all what they talk about re growth.
