Gradual improvement in trading and continued weakening of the pound will see this continue to tick upwards. When £/€ is 1:1 this will have a very nice yield if they continue with a special dividend. Could see this reach 500 and still yield 5% on the basis of a rough 25cent payout for the year.
Morning The BOD are aiming for annual growth of 8% which suits me if achieved. A slow grow with healthy dividend amounts to a good overal return. I will continue to hold for divi and modest anticipated capital growth. I'll be buying on dips. But each to their own. Good luck and fingers crossed for positive news on Wednesday. Maybe 280s!?
It's got to be mainly due to the risk of government intervention in our marketplace with the suggestion of fixing utility prices. Which will significantly impact our potential earnings as companies will likely all offer the same price. The maximum! So no need for our customers to use as as an agent. So until that clears the price I feel will continue to drop. If the interventions fails to materialise then this price is a huge buy. Alternatively those of us sitting on the share are likely to lose more. But that's the risk. I for one hope this rebounds significantly!
What are we expecting to justify the rise to 50-60? Last update and contract wins should be factored in already. More cash than expectations or slightly better results? Obv another big contract win would be great and a very positive update on current trading but otherwise struggle to see where a rise of 12 or so will come from. But I'm invested so I really hope that it does rise.
Personally you'd like to think positive. BA passengers may have then brought EZJ tickets and surely such negative performance of a competitor can only be a good tring for Ezj. Minimal impact on price but even if a few customers switch longer term, it's all a contribution to long term performance. Saying that, no doubt we will be in the red first thing tomorrow!
No one seems to mention their growth plans to take their money saving ideas global. Clearly this is a service that has appeal. I appreciate any business could phone around to investigate cheaper energy prices however we could all do the same rather than contribute to the profits of money supermarket etc with our vehicles and homes. There's a convenience and in business time is money. So therefore this has expansion potential if the quality is there. But price is low in my opinion and divi alone is appealing even if business remained constant
It's strange. Great pe. Cash generative. Soon to be debt free. Issue with the change in accounting and rumours of staff turnover hampering price but Woodford has included in new fund which is a positive sign. Iv used price as a top up. As usually happens price will rise as we near next update and hopefully will shoot up when everyone realises it's undervalued. We just need to be patient..:. Fingers crossed!!!
Woodford purchased nearly 20% of company at 37.5, he must have seen potential beyond that price. Offering us a near 80% upside on current price just for Woodford to break even. Admittedly it's high risk and a positive update of some kind would be great so for me I'm in at these levels.thoughts anyone!?
