11k more in selling today and down by 4% wow. Imagine when good news hits how quickly this could move, in fairness could also move the other way on bad news but more than happy to keep topping up. Might not be tomorrow but next few months will be interesting with news galore.

Qualifiers.

Vanadium does not spoil, degrade, or diminish in quality once it has been mined and processed into ore, concentrate, or ferrovanadium. It is a stable metal and can be stored for long periods without issue. Was thinking if that’s the case when prices are low would they be able to stock pile awaiting higher pricing perhaps?. This would allow the cbs to keep flowing ?

Also looked into the potential for the tyre manufacturers and why they would or wouldn’t incorporate CBS into production (appreciate they already are but on a larger scale) , changing a system of production to incorporate the newer product would of course be problematic and potentially expensive. They wouldn't want to go to all that trouble unless it’s in their interests financially or if nudged environmentally perhaps. If we can provide a product that they could depend upon, regarding grade and volume for the foreseeable future then we appear to have solved those issues?. The company seems confident in the quality and volumes potential is off the charts.

I was invested in another Vandium company in South Africa many years ago and was fortunate to buy in near the 3p and sold for over 30p but get the feeling this is more to do with cbs than vanadium. Personally

I think Vanadium is a mixed bag but with the costing for extraction at the low levels mentioned then of course it’s an another large string on what appears to be an ever widening bow.

You’ll find I will throw thoughts in now and again but genuinely intrigued by the potential. For those that have been in for a while can appreciate your frustrations and hopefully we are starting to see that the waiting has been worth while.

Huge potential of CBS in regards to savings for both the tyre manufacturing industry and beyond, along with the reduction in CO2 will I believe set this share alight when it’s fully factored in. It will be interesting to find out what percentage of the CBS they have calculated into the model. Surely if they prove up the CBS with the amounts that the average tyre manufacturer spend annually (£30m) avg. on CB they will take notice if not already. Many manufacturers have incurred fines for CO2. The cost saving IF our cbs provides a suitable replacement along with helping the environment and making buyers aware of the greener credentials can only generate more buying and increased profits for all concerned. The CBAM which has been discussed would also provide a great incentive. I think the 500-600 per ton estimate bringing in over 100m per annum could potentially be the tip of the iceberg. Globally there is 12-13 billion spent on carbon black. The potential for the right product is astronomical. The economies of scale with the remainder of the acreage to be verified is eye watering and with a long lifespan and higher production numbers could see the CBS market transformed. Was just about to invest as believe this looks very promising but going to put it on hold, interested to see what impact the temporary easing of the rare earth agreement with China and America has over the next few days. Believe there could be a small retrace.

Share price forecast for 2024 is as high as 125 almost 5X the current pricing (although I always take these with a pinch of salt) .

2023 net costs were higher due to the 2+ million wasted cost on the merger that didn’t transpire.

The cost of developing without any instrumental milestone payments was hugely significant in 2023. Look at the Redx pipeline which indicates that there are four possible milestones this year for the Rock portfolio alone (2 expected this half of the year) and a further four for the other partnership deals. Expected costs for 2024 I believe haven’t been adjusted since the Jazz deal and therefore the fact Jazz are now paying our development costs will significantly reduce expected costing.

RXC2004 has potential partnership this year, will they go to AstraZeneca or Jazz and for how much??. The current mcap I believe strangely to be too low to encourage a merger in the short term and think once we get to 2/300 mcap the pharma companies will start to pay more attention. There’s a lot to be excited about and I believe this year to be pivotal. Redx have had some incredible successes in the past and with a little bit of luck would have been multiples of the current value. I believe the rockets all fuelled and ready to go but just needs a spark and we will be off. AIMO. GLA.

10 million of a possible 870million is nothing and the hope as has been said earlier that the structure of the deal provides decent early mile stone payments. They provide momentum positively on the share price and with very little free float should move it up rapidly. Apart from this deal there are a few other milestones that should be achieved this half of the year. Personally felt it was an opportunity to buy in at what feels the low side (although could go lower) so have kept a few £’s to catch any falls. I’m just under the 100k shares and hopefully by June will know if it’s paid off. I feel the company is just about to benefit from all its hard work over the last few years. GLA DYOR.

Why did jazz not just buyout Redx - because they are leveraging the upside for very little cost. They are more than capable of buying out Redx as they have done much larger buyouts in the past. Let’s be honest they won’t pay Redx 870million, imo, they would be nuts too, they are setting them up for a future buyout. Let’s say they could buy them for 3/400 million they would still be winners BUT Redx must have known that - so why agree? - it’s a win win for them also as the collaboration with Jazz will hopefully bring the Kraz inhibitor programme to fruition at a much faster pace and also reduces cost to Redx. But what if another pharmaceutical company was in the mix too, we are already collaborating with the likes of Astra Zenica, others will have picked up on this deal, Redx have a lot more in development than just Kraz programme and it then becomes a much more interesting scenario.

Would be interested to hear others thoughts. This is all IMO but see interesting times ahead for Redx .

Nope I’m sure they were fully aware of these costs prior to purchasing. Redx is actually in a much stronger position than it was when they did invest so as I say think it’s just profiteering. AIMO. GL

What makes you think that? Just looks like it’s averaging out with the two slightly larger sales but still low at under 10k, which I thinks just a spooked private investor.

I think this company should be multiples of this share price, the potential earnings are enormous ( or humongous as another investor said - great word 😂). I think polar slammed the breaks on before it even got started and once the finer details of what’s in the pipeline are recognised it will move substantially. I think you might even find another Pharma company because of this deal (might come in for a closer look) . Redx have done a lot of the hard work over the last few years and there are literally billion of ££’s potentially at play in the next few years. JMO DYOR.

They had 18million in the bank towards end of last year, raised 14 million and now a further 10million. Last year they didn’t receive any payments for milestones reached but anticipate 12million this year. They will have the costs covered for what is probably the largest expense so capital expenditure is going to significantly reduce. They have stated that they are fully funded into 2015. With a Mcap of 85m and under 400m shares which is modest when you look at the others with billions.

Correct me if I’m wrong. - Regarding Polar doing something similar in the future - they are now at 5.45% and if they reach the 5% threshold then a Tr1 would be have to be done. Just means we would know about it much earlier , don’t actually believe it would be in their interests to do the same in the future but at least this makes us all more aware.

Can’t understand the thinking of an investment company to sell into what could have been a huge increase in share price. Surely with the volume they have left in this was a poor decision as they have effectively reduced their overall value 🤷‍♂️.

There’s a few missing from that list but the full list seems to equate to the sales by Polar so good to know there aren’t any more hidden. (Up the MM’s sleeves). Good riddance. Onwards and upwards 👆 GLA
