Tomorrow’s World28 Feb 2026 15:42
Yep, decent week. We should find out at the beginning of the week who the £2m investor is — that’ll be very interesting. It’s still flying under the radar as perhaps some are concentrating elsewhere, which I’m happy about, as I topped up a bit again on Friday.
Demand for this rare earth mix is only going one way. Offshore wind turbines are getting bigger, EV motor adoption is rising, and automation/robotics are expanding ( a bit like Tomorrow s World giving my age away here)— all driving higher need for NdFeB magnets, and critically Dy/Tb.
I take a disciplined, detail-driven approach to the companies I invest in. I’ve had some strong amazing successes and a few disappointments (fortunately fewer), but I always focus on the data. There’s potential to improve recovery rates over time as new processing techniques are assessed during pilot and proof-of-concept stages. There’s a few pilots etc at the moment giving higher % recoveries that I feel could be incorporated that actually improve the ecological side as well.
A huge amount of work has already been done at Ampasindava — thousands of pits and tens of thousands of samples — giving a solid geological foundation. Early testwork highlights zones with strong concentrate potential.
Personally, I see a very promising trajectory here and one that will gather pace once the news is fully absorbed, management have a decent holding too and there’s relatively low free float ,— but as always, DYOR. There’s a surprising amount of information out there if you dig into the technical material (pun intended). GLTA AIMO as always.
