IMO MC does everything by the book, at the same time ensuring everything he negotiates is the best for the Company and Shareholders.
Land acquisitions could probably be sorted overnight by paying over the odds to land owners chancing their arm. This will get tougher the less land we need.

If you bed and isa your are not subjected to any gain/loss on the bed part. That's why I always sell separately to crystal the loss to use against other gains then reinvest in the isa. The risk is the the price goes up you lose out. I mitigate this by having a 20k float so I buy in the isa first which usually means selling the price is the same as what I bought at

360k vs 180k approx and down 27%. I reckon MM's are praying on the weak to get their shares cheap. I'm also in CORA only down 3%

IMO all parties would be happy to sell 2.50 to 3.00 once toll deal signed. Even us moaning lth would be happy assuming every one has averaged down over the years. Patryk would hold a party having doubled his money

* CONDOR GOLD (BUY 90p): Met Test Results – In Line. CNR has announced met test results from a composite of the La India, America and Mestiza deposits that were tested for grindablity and leachability with four additional composites from La India tested for power consumption and abrasion. The studies largely confirmed the results of the 2014 PFS in terms of the physical characteristics and recovery levels (91%). Recovery from the America and Mestiza deposits are also comparable to the original results and suggests that ore from these pits could be fed through the planned circuit. Ore from the project is both very hard (BWI >20) and abrasive (AI >1) which means that La India should have high power costs and grinding media consumption costs and will require more frequent mill relining. Recoveries are, however, also reasonably high. We retain a Buy recommendation and a 90p TP based on 0.6x NAV.
