Isn't that just a private placing but the market is aware of it, whereas it's just normally announced after it's completed
Two - sorry fat fingers
Interested parties to create a bidding war, hopefully. You never know once an offer if confirmed the other companies who made non binding offers might break cover and join in. Threesome anyone?
Cornetto- how can we be valued below our market cap... our market cap is our value?
Last 3 to 4 days there have been 3 x sells, today they are buys. Tide turning?
Shares traded?
Could be positive, the combined company will have a cash reserve of $148m and are looking to grow. Condor could easily provide the growth they are seeking in Nic. Merger anyone?
North of 1m
A bit pointless posting this and not putting how many shares you hold
I rest my case 124k sells v 6k buys today and SP dropped nearly 4.7%
I would assume they're waiting to see who bids first and at what level. Have you ever been to an auction?
Buys vs Sells 135.7k v 300 we're reversed how much would the sp have dropped by?
And I thought Bob the builder had grown up
The negative posts won't make a person's mind up but it could eadily deter them from doing their own research
Hmm a female dog ing is filtered
anyone thinking about investing in cnr will take one look at the posts here at run to the hills. i know we are all mostly in the red on here but the constant ******** and name calling isn't gonna help the cause. it only takes a few pi's to build a little momentum that might increase any potential deal. disappointing it maybe but this is the aim and you shouldn't invest money you're not prepared to lose. on the flip side i've got a dead cert in the 13.30 at lingfield if anyone is interested.
Won't accept £1 lol. Back in the real world 75p would be a miracle
Classic
Play nicely boys and girls or atleast take it outside to the playground
30-40k shares or £s lmfao
