Why does production drop off in 2022?
Hardly a mixed bag - they achieved market consensus sales estimates and performed well in advance of original IPO targets. Well done all at THG for staying quiet and cracking on whilst having considerable noise around you. 2021, completed it mate.
Alternative view is that business invests in young promising talent, as they are the future in an ever changing tech environment. Doesn’t always have to be negative in my experience.
Gold breached 1,800 USD last night
Despite gold rising, USD still trading well against CFA
Positive signs running into 2022 if we can get Yan back up to full operations (which I believe we will)
Spoke to IR and my dividend is being paid out via cheque in post.
Well that should certainly give us a bounce!
Great grades, well done team. Here’s to Another 20,000m drill results like that.
Wonder if we invested - tends to be our model, pre buyout further down road!
Good to know we have the backing of the Mali government - they do own 10% afterall.
I enjoy reading all the ESG tweets from Hum operating in the local areas and making a difference for all stakeholders.
This RNS is the latest in a series that proves the boards strategy is paying off of slowly growing the company one step at a time. The market WILL wake up sooner or later.
A new 7 year mine life to generate significant cash flow at Yan certainly supports that and it doesn’t include this years drilling - just fantastic. I look forward to Dugbe DFS next year, this will be the cherry on the top of the cake!
I really don’t mind, allows me to continue with my small accumulation!
Dollar strengthening against CFA - should improve our buying power.
Re-read they are explaining the cash movement, trading period loss. Cash and profit/loss are two different things
Cash flow timings - vat assume they file quarterly and as for working capital movements - this will be timings most likely on trade debtors and creditors receipts and payments
All above board and no profit and loss impact - purely cash flow.
My take, fwiw, Matt is only talking about delisting to scare shorters into buying back stock on loan. If you read the article he mentions the impact of short selling on the share price a lot.
Well I certainly wasn’t expecting that performance!
Let’s hope Q4 saves our bacon else that is an extensive year of losses.
I personally think AISC will come in at top end of range, due to fuel price rises in Q3. Thus our margins getting squeezed, I hope to be wrong with my 10k holding. That said, I’m in here for long term so doesn’t really matter.

I cannot understand how the market fails to value an asset of this magnitude so poorly in our mcap. Yes it is only 50% ours post earn in, but the cost saving realisation here alone and profit potential thereafter is huge. All being well in phased start up of our project timing we should be generating enough ebitda/cash flow to secure a further loan with 2 mines to fund capex share of 200m USD. In three years time things could be oh so different!
Yes I saw this too
Pure Speculation - IMHO DB is a great leader and getting all key personal involved in media interviews lately supplements their media drive. Our time will come.
