So would the mining license transfer this coming month negates any uncertainty and be an upwards catalyst regardless whether it's 2019 or 2023? I assume the market has priced in the 2023 code, and that's currently where the share price is?

Maybe other rns from other companies in the sector that have had somewhat similar experiences, particularly mining companies in Africa that have had intervention and investment by the Chinese, could be useful indicators and sources for what we may expect and how we progress from here?

That could be one way of looking at it, but even then it doesn't give much as each situation is different and it's easier going by official kodal information rns or not

I am not sure if there is a way to look at recent application ammendments / approvals for other existing companies and cross reference it with when Kodal submitted the license transfer to get an approx date for when we might get the transfer?

Agreed, but people - myself included, fall afoul of slight contradiction here and there, but here I differentiate between what is posted to be assumed fact when there is no grounds for it, and what I assume to be a humorous endeavour

This is what needs to be looked at moreso than wether pirates got the ship or when DMS items etc. arrive at port, because whilst these updates will give rise to the sp, it will definitely not sustain it whatsoever, it will rise and fall as things like this have been priced in 100%. It's the reason why upon getting great news, we've fallen back because the great news that we expected, was expected.

Goldman Sachs have already said they expect the price of spodumene to stay around the $800 level for the next year - it is at $835 currently. Whilst the current spod price is a huge factor for current share price, governments are still interested in accumulation. Whilst I find any fall back to 0.20 preposterous, particularly trying to use charts in this example, kodal price may only truly balance once spod price stabilises and demand increases

It's okay to make predictions like this if you add some generic data about the company first, like how they're fully funded then bam it could hit 0.20s again, but trust me because I said so and make predictions about every other stock I talk about

More of a public service announcement, spend a small amount of time looking at the background of people, for lth it's not so much an issue, but for new investors that do get drawn to shares including but not limited to kodal, it could help save money and determine financial choices that don't immediately appear to be rampant ramping from nobodies on a share board.

Just for extra reinforcement, we have seen many new posters like Ra11adw2 appear over the past few months. This is largely a good sign, and not necessarily because they indicate new interest. People like the aforementioned ramp posts such as the many that you can view in the profile history, repeating much of the same garbage, claiming this and that will make you rich. Many of which posted such as BCE have now vecome suspended.

This reads like a Youtuber introduction, at worse one of these investment courses that advertise there.

however I am anticipating great things from the company as they seem to prioritise contingencies and assurances for any situation there way, but Ra11adw2 type comments make me a do a double take. There are risks and this is not a risk free venture, it is a great prospect, but do your own research. This guy has said "you do not need to know with Kodal, you just BUY" whilst arguably providing a defence for Prem an he1.

User Ra11adw2 clearly is a ramper, and in my opinion is unwelcome on this board.

I can't believe how fickle the market is on AIM, great rns releases stating everything is on track, mre update anytime now and overall great company prospects being set up for (hopefully) aithium price resurgence in the future but wait... The ship has minor delays due to a diversion to deliver - get this - humanitarian aid, and the market loses its mind. Aim is like dealing with a baby that doesn't understand deferred gratification and when one eeny weeny detail doesn't go it's why starts crying and throws its toys out the pram.
