According to the listing doc, he was locked in but seems to have ignored that. There is no way of knowing how much more he has sold as declarations below 3% are not required. Given the repeated sales of 50k's, 100k's, 150k's and 200k's I would guess he has sold the bulk much to the disadvantage of Primorus who he is chairman of. Strange antics!

I assume it will appear on https://www.pri0r1ty.com/investors/news-1-2 when they put it up.

Scott, can I ask if the short durations of the flow tests is anything to be concerned about? I have been a long term bull of PANR but have this little niggling feeling of uncertainty. Do flows sometimes start well and then drop off?

Traders after a quick turn can sell at - say- 2.1 and then either buy back in the market at -say- 2p and continually rinse and repeat as often as they can. If they are left short at the end then they exercise the warrants.

This may well struggle for a while around these levels as holders of the 2p warrants, which expire 9th Aug, sell into the rise with the backing of the warrants. They can trade the range and only exercise if the price rises further.

Technically, the Nomad hasn't backed out but result is the same

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned already but I understand there is selling from subscribers to the July placing of 212m shares at 1.25p at these levels as they also hold a total of 212m 2p warrants which give them risk free exposure to the upside.
This may well see the price struggle for a while around here and again when it is worthwhile exercising those warrants in the 2.25p to 2.5p range.
