Long ago I accepted that he only speaks to try and garner support.

Unfortunately, back in the real world, the SP is 0.10p (almost -9% on the day).
The market appears to have finished its' own summation and confidently disagreed with yours.

If what they have so far is profitable, profit from it.
Build the share price back up to attract investment.
Then, okay, fund the rest from that.
Sandercon's a loser, not a businessman.

They may make more of a profit from stripping....

It's because the share is riddled with volatility.
LTH's hate volatility.
Traders love it.
If it is enough to widen the spread there's profit to be made.
The down side (if you will) of that means having to keep a close eye on it all the time.
Even then opportunities can be missed.

Five years ago there would be enough to trade it five times a day.
Now there's much fewer.
I've only traded it three times all this year (I did miss another earlier in the year).
But it can be worth the wait; WHEN the spread is wide enough (40% in 24 hours on my last, a month ago).

Yup, it certainly could be.
But, on this occasion, I doubt it.
There has been a clear warning of further dilution before the end of this year.
The last placing attempt was so unsuccessful it was embarrassing (despite all the ramping claiming otherwise).
Which means he's probably going to have to take on more debt as well.
That may not even be possible, as institutions continue to be wary of any involvement now.
He's shown himself to be someone who cannot finish something and what he starts underperforms.

I shall keep waiting and watching.
If a quick opportunity to profit arises, I hope to be able to get in in time to catch it and out before it falls back again.
Now is not that time.

SCC was warned by its' own counsel in the original meeting, when she realised they were actually heading toward rejection, that they were likely to lose (they did) would have to pay up to 1/4m in costs (they got off, almost scot free, having only a nominal cost settlement against them.).

I personally doubt that Sandercon even knows what a B&D is either.
Don't suggest it or he might pop out and try and buy one.

I don't see grounds for any appeal.
But then I couldn't imagine it being rejected any of the other times it was either.

This is all completely daft.
I sat through the whole original planning request.
There was absolutely no reason (other than electoral votes) to reject it and those that were sited by the NIMBY councillors, had already been dealt with and dismissed by their own officers.
All these costs are being paid for by my bl**dy income taxes (if I were obligated to pay any), rather than those incurring them!

Wonder how UKOG will be paying to keep contributing their side in these spats.
Hope the High Court slaps costs on the council as a disincentive to dissuade others, as the minister should have done.
