If the company is producing helium as stated and at the quality stated then they will sell the helium. Contracts take time, always longer than expected. Directors and CEO's can find that frustrating but it is nearly always the case. As I have said before - the last 10% of any project is often 90% of the effort. So for me it's an easy wait. I could even handle a bit of bad new and back tracking as it no longer a case of if but when.
It's also interesting that we have this disruption in the global helium market. Whilst the end point might be positive for HEX, existing end users, off takers and suppliers will always try to protect existing supply lines before looking elsewhere. It's probably been harder to navigate the helium market since the Iran war started and not easier or clearer.
