Roger. What do you see that was odd today?
Fastest filter decision I ever had to make.
I'm absolutely certain that YOU have been manipulated.
Another born today nutter.
Pukka. Whataboutery is a poor form of argument.
I invest at my risk like an adult. I can afford to lose it all. I wouldn't have it any other way.
Unless you can actually provide some evidence that the SP is being manipulated you are just like all of the other conspiracy theorists out there..... and if you believe it then you simply cannot be trusted to make informed decisions. Good luck though.
Pukka. I'm sure you have L2 and a deep understanding of how the market works and all that. It's just that what you write says you don't. So you are either or just looking for a lower entry point or you are mis informed.
If I had a penny for every time someone preached about having L2.... well I wouldn't need to invest.
If the SP goes to 1.15 I couldn't care less. The value comes later and I will be able to buy more between now and EWT if that's what I decide to do.
It isnt being manipulated. Once you realise that then the whole smog of uncertainty lifts away. The SP is like this because the market likes it like this - for now. It's strong at these levels and will move when there is a reason for it to move. EWT being Q3 is why we are not at higher levels. Market doesnt like waiting. But for some of us it's an opportunity to either invest elsewhere for a while, accumulate more shares or both.
Doesnt mean we won't get more news before the EWT but from a wider market perspective the market expects that to be the big event.
Every helium off taker will have focussed very keenly on the 4.7% green helium find. That is huge news in the industry. This type of news drives keen decision making.
Always look at the market cap. It seems to me that the market likes £50m market cap for now. Ask yourself what this could be for a massive resource estimate, start of EWT, end of EWT, heads of terms signed for a JV etc. IMO a combination of those things could move the market cap to £200m or SP in the 5s without dilution.
What might fund raise look like. About 20% of the current mid cap. Do the maths based on what you think the risk is.
By the way, those saying there cannot be a JV before the EWT results are right but you can announce an informal arrangement before then. We don't know if there is competition between off takers for this but it isnt impossible for an off taker to want to get ahead and sign something ahead of EWT. I would be surprised but not writing it off either.
Filtered slackjaw. Absolutely zero value to the message board.
Buys v sells is not how the sp is driven. Whilst volume is important, liquidity in the moment is far more important. Punters do not want to pay more for the shares - buyers are not the driver you are looking for. Watch the bid. It's when sellers dry up that volume of buyers really starts to matter because the mms are forced to increase the bid to gather shares that they can sell.
False narrative. LB did not do an interview to reassure investors. LB always does an interview after an RNS. Members of the board are always moaning. The interview was to explain. Anyone with a brain knows it takes time to prove up and make an asset commercial.
"with more buying SP hardly moved in last few days, that tells you market is aware of something"
No it doesnt.
"This will drop to under penny, why market won’t let this go up?? Reason is market know more then us..."
Nothing between the quote mark has any meaning whatsoever. If the market knows more than we do, how do you know that what the market knows will make the SP drop.
Lemon sponge please with earl grey tea.
Director buys are a very poor indicator of future success. Probably a closed period in any case considering negotiations with third parties that won't complete until after the EWT. LB could be speaking to Exon for all we know.
All good. Knowledge build sentiment. We are on a steady growth of knowledge and data with much more to come. The SP may not rise at the same time but it's like a coiled spring.... all this knowledge turns it tighter for the big one,
Words cannot tell how boring all this in fighting is. Stick to one off sarcasm and move on. That's my advice.
You are allll sooooo interesting with your funny fights.
See.
They are both.
Resource estimate next?
Thing is even without knowing what model they will use and doing the maths.... you can assume that based on the drilling so far, that the entire basin is full of helium holding liquid. So 1000s of square kilimoters x whatever model they come up with is going to be massive potential resource.
We are no longer in the period when we had to raise funds just to survive. It truly is an investment in a very de risked prospect at this point. Get the raise out the way and I can see the SP going up after that and more than covering the dilution from that. Got to assume dilution for an AIM share (I don't write off the chance of funds arriving from elsewhere - the investment case is so compelling now) but I would be happy to get it out the way.
Orslega not 'Ortega'.
EWT about £3-4m a pop based on assuming a simple split of Nobles fund raise. I guess they may have had some working capital in that too?
Anyone else have anything else that would help to estimate this cost for the EWT?
