From last weeks RNS:

‘While terms are confidential between the parties the Board is able to confirm that the pricing achieved is at prevailing spot market rates for Grade A helium, and is substantially in excess of the historical price assumptions used in the Company's pre-IPO financial model.‘

Doesn’t sound like a bad deal to me. Also doesn’t say that all of the helium would move n the first week. I’m sure nudge and punt could fill many tankers with hot air in a jiffy but in real life that gas has zero value.

Smart punter. And yet the company announced last week that it has signed a 3 month sale agreement for all of the helium it is currently producing. Yours is a rather odd post which is at odds with reality. Maybe that’s why you got booted off Telegram?

Nudgenudge. I don’t know why they didn’t have a webcam but I am absolutely certain that in a few years time when someone asks why the company is where it is at that point the answer will not be ‘because we didn’t have a webcam at the 2026 AGM’

Spantrout. He doesn’t know how many drills so said as many as they can when they can. He did explain it and also the issue with the weather. It was a satisfactory answer.

He will know that shareholders have tried to hold him to account on how many drills so I can’t blame him for not being specific.

I would suggest it will be more than zero drills.

Go listen to a previous interview but only have the sound on. Different experience. Up to you if you agree of course. I heard no negativity today. I did hear Bo trying to objectively answer some question in a way that couldn’t reveal anything new.

Anyway it sounds like those at the AGM in person had a different experience.

Yes I think it’s very hard to interpret the mood in the room, especially with no visuals of Bo speaking etc. the company cannot disclose material new news in the AGM and it does not matter what questions shareholders ask , they still can’t disclose at the AGM. Punters just don’t understand how things work.

Bo never projects energy vocally. It’s how he is. He isn’t trying to disregard shareholders or be rude. It’s just not his forte.

His forte is getting stuff of value done. Long May that continue. If he delivers at the same rate as we have seen so far then Investors are going to do very well here. Just don’t expect him to provide an ongoin narrative about what’s going on every day and that’s the best way in the long run.

I thought it was interesting that one of the questions suggested providing more news. Bo handled that by pointing out how many RNS’s had been issued this year. He clearly then pointed out that news is only news when it’s material. I think where you sit with regard to his view on that says a lot about us as investors. I absolutely agree with him. He isn’t running a media outfit.

I don’t think it did. It read as if it was referring to the previous Crux interview and was a part of the link to the previous Crux interview. I gave up on it as it just looked like it hadn’t been updated since then.

I couldn’t find any evidence on the Crux website that a new presentation was coming. I just assumed that was something made up by someone on this message board…… as if huh!

The point is that a lot of people are pulling apart something that was never intended to do what people wanted it to be.

There is nothing wrong with the container needing time to fill. There are going to be so many refills that the offtaker will provide additional fleet capacity. There isn’t a problem.

Also the offtaker is providing its own container vehicles. Too much nitpicking of what is actually right now a fantastic opportunity.

Well it's up to them. I would just have resolutions at the AGM and periodically have separate but better prepared investor presentations. But I think you will find that investors have the freedom to ask what they want whilst companies are bound by disclosure rules. It's an unhappy balance.

Spantrout. Honestly though the questions always relate to stuff that cannot be disclosed. They will have gone through the questions and realised they can't answer the vast majority directly. It is always the case that shareholder feel short changed.

Papermonkey. Who knows. There could be many reasons why they cannot say precisely what is happening next on a range of topics. Listed companies hate AGM's. They provide opportunities for investors to ask direct questions on subjects that the company cannot freely answer and answers often disappoint shareholders. People who are good at running successful companies are rarely good at presenting at AGM's.

This is true for FTSE100 companies too. Nobody wants to try to have to control a narrative that they cannot disclose.

Bo will be glad to get it out of the way with resolutions passed.

Oh dear. I can't argue that the AGM wasn't dull and clumsy but I had no expectation of anything interesting from this AGM. Never happens. AGMs never provide additional value.

We can criticise the company for not providing enough details on forward planning but look at the results over 2 years. I like progress. I don't particularly like not knowing exactly what the plan is but Bo keeps delivering anyway. I see so many AIM plans that never materialise that I roll my eyes and practically discard them from my thinking. Results matter more and Bo is delivering. I wouldn't want him presenting my next slide pack though.

PJ70. Was the comment about still filling the trailer more of a throwaway comment meaning - blimey we only just started production folks. Or was it really about taking a long time to fill the trailer. I was listening to the presentation and I didn't catch it at all. I think people over analyse the words and don't see the context.

I don't think I have ever seen and AGM where people were not then commenting on the the style of presentation. I remember HE1 doing one on video and people critiquing the CEO for looking miserable. That isnt content relevant IMHO. If I wanted the CEO to entail me at an AGM I thihnkn I would be more likely to spend my time on Tik Tok. There is never anything new at an AGM. If they said one thing today that was materially sensitive to the share price then everyone in attendance is instantly an insider because they haven't issued it in an RNS. How could the governance allow you and me to know more than the average punter? It just isnt that surprising when you logic out the governance process.

Business is dull. Its mechanics are relentless and cold. As it should be. They will drill more wells and bring them on line. They will sell more helium and they will eventually publish the details of profit as required.

MisterPositive. I agree with you. But I think the market misinterpretation is down to poor comms from the company. I'm not sure that the SP would be where it is today if they had included the 4p clause in the RNS rather than waiting until the next day to announce that. They could have used the funding arrangement to support the SP which I actually think is exactly what they intended but didn't deliver.

Hopefully funding via another route - as you suggest - negates the need to the Zeus arrangement.

Nothing new? That is because it was an AGM. Not intended to provide forward looking information and not allowed to provide material news not already issued in an RNS. Exactly as expected. Always too much expected from AGM's.

Underlying message is they will drill and bring more production capacity on line and update on reserves infrequently.
