ARC is the new COMS. I think that is possible. ARC now has a new CEO. Multiple directors have bought recently -- with their own money -- over £120k of ARC shares. ARC delivers financial software to big, rich banks with deep pockets. Sitting on £1m of spare cash, so funding is not an issue. The ARC website looks very professional and user-friendly, which can often be a reflection of the company. An RNS for the half-year update is due within the next 2 days -- this will be a trigger for a shareprice rerating.

Up +3% now. Starting to move. Spread tightened a little. RNS due within 2 weeks.

Price being paid on the Ask is ticking up. ARC is sitting on £1m on cash in the bank. Revenues for the year look set to be £2m or more. Profitability is set to improve. Directors have been buying £120k of ARC shares in recent months. The marcap on ARC is a tiny £3m right now. An RNS for the half-year update is due in the next 1 to 3 weeks. This one has got rerating written all over it.

The previous half-year results for ARC were published in an RNS on Feb 16th 2012 and Feb 25th 2013. That indicates a half-year-results RNS for ARC should be here any day now in Feb 2014. The clock is ticking.

In the past 8 months, the CEO, Chairman, Finance Director and other ARC directors have *bought a huge £120k of ARC shares*. The ARC directors have dipped into their own pockets at least 8 times in the past 8 months. The directors of ARC have been filling their boots (see previous RNSs). ARC's half-year financial results are due in Feb 2014 (see previous RNSs for examples). ARC has been off the radar screen for most investors, but it is time to shine a light on it.

Up +170% in just 11 months. A great upward "bowl" has formed in the shareprice chart for ARC. Half-year results for ARC due via a new RNS in the next 1 to 3 weeks. ARC's financials have rising cash and rising revenues (see their previous RNSs for details). The directors, including the finance director for ARC, have been buying ARC shares for months. ARC is a great share.

Up +45% on Fri. Up +22% today, on almost no volume. Very few shares in free float. Looks like a rerating after fairly upbeat'ish forward-looking comments from the CEO.

Up +63% now. This one has 7-bagged in just over 1 day. On less than £5k of buys. It could do +500% in a day if a deal is announced, impo. A bonkers share.

Note the director-buys in recent weeks. The next RNS on financials is the one to watch. At this stage, it looks like ARC has rising cash, rising revenues, rising director-buys, rising technical charts and a rising SP under the radar. Dyor etc.

Nova is now invested in the *high-growth*, renewable-energy, wood-pellet sector of South Korea... This is now a clean-tech play... Trading volumes today in Nova were 300 times higher than the daily average. And multiple 5-figure trades were done. Higher volumes + higher trade-sizes + higher share price.

The rerating in this share is quite phenomenal. KDR rose +115% in 1 day. Nova rose +250% in 1 morning. There are so few shares available, it moves like lightning.

Up +215% now. Buyers returning. This one is seeing huge volumes today and a rerating is underway. Uncertainty drifted the SP, but the new deal for cleaner tech is bringing certainty back to the SP. There are only 30 to 40 million shares in free float, a tiny amount, and the SP moves like lightning. The 5p to 10p range is easily doable here.

Very little resistance on Level 2 to 4p at the moment.
