Northmover - you have repeated this about 10 times a day but that doesnt make it true.
☆Funding is in place until late 2026 [since the RNS to confirm this, they have raised an additional $315k
1. The first RNS assumed warrants would be settled, as it uis they are not that leaves a shortfall of £137k not taking into account costs - so nearer £175k. It assumes they will hit $2m of revenue, highly unlikely with DLs forecasting. The second RNS also adds additional costs of a new product not without the assumptions on 2026 restated, no doubt need a waiting list as UEP2025 did. So very doubtful funding is in place.
☆Plenty of time for news and SP movement to 0.006p
Correct, last news was about a year ago, so sometime 2027 then. They have issued warrants on 10 plus times, never anywhere near the exercise price to get them issued.
☆ENET will then receive an additional $815k to bring the total raised from 2nd February to $1.63 million
Before costs IF the warrants are exercised. Money will just be wasted and not used efficiency or effectively to create shareholder value. You need to understand the impact on warrants on the average share price as warrant holders gain at the expense of the average Joe.
☆The mcap is only $1.24 million
And it deserves to be, they really dont have anything of any value. Its like saying the cost of a 30 year old mini metro is only £50, exactly because thats all its worth.
☆This is their best cash position they have been in for years
Cash used to pay debts, brokers and city fees and then what's left for the directors over the coming months. No they have had much more cash in the past , but wasted it.
