Notanewmember, slightly disagree If you have a strong chair, a strong commercial cfo, a strong coo and a great marketing / sales lead you can have a technically focussed ceo.

They appear to have a better team, especially with some of the complete amateur cfos, but as with you juries out. Particular issue for me is the massive bonus the CEO has in the wings after years of failure.

Before they get the cash from another deeply discounted funding round promising the earth wiping out existing holders (again), they are insolvent.

I do like listening to the two Pauls, although some of their sector and company knowledge is very superficial.

Did talk about kmk where Paul H said he had spoken to ex employees who said the company was good but that the CEO is the major issue.

ENET has been insolvent at other placings, despite idiots stating it is now fully funded most just goes straight out The door to creditors.

The share price and share cap can fall to zero.

SBTX is not exactly a large organisation - three months and counting is just quite ridiculous.

Realise they wasnt a 100% watertight case against the bearded buffoon for legal reasons, but the accrued royalties really in a day job to understand and conclude but this also needs investigation of the conduct of auditors and current finance staff.

I can see some issues around personal conduct, with staff / customers etc, being investigated - worry is the other income (outside the accrual) is open for analysis.

ExMS, there really are so many gems from RNSs, annual reports, proactive investor calls and private investor meetings its hard to choose.

I think my favourite was the RNS where they said they advised customers to pre order a UEP device in order to secure volume deliveries - what a joke of a man DL is. I have never known a CEO (with a subservient board who clearly dont ask even the very, very basic questions) who is so deluded, so arrogant but also who has clearly just lied in formal market communication with the active agreement of the board and city advisors.

Now Jensen has got results out the way, with DL liking a linkedin post Jensen will now be fully focused on that ENET takeover.

As Exms states, nothing even vaguely positive on Allenby restating the RNS.

With the Siemens deal they really should be making more pbt here.

Most AIM director focus is self preservation and enrichment. They really haven't "come clean", they have little ongoing business and have had to stop the ridiculous "in discussions with" cobblers rns after rns.

Most income is low margin / loss making engineering, high margin royalties are in the low hundreds of $k not even covering DLs 5 days a week salary

DL knows who I am, after two private investor meetings I emailed my notes to others present who will countersign these, so can get the lawyers on me. Everything he said was just fantasy and lies, in a deluded Walter Mitty world of his own.

Was hoping to have more contract win RNSs a third of the way through the year, including follow up on the permian basin win.

PFAS is a little quiet, are MYX expensive and therefore only suitable for selective opportunities vs the competition.
