I am no longer a shareholder so haven't looked at the detail.
I sold my shareholding when the last LTIP was changed retrospectively after the terms were not met, so even if you are aware of the terms of the new agreement these may change if they are not met. I am a shareholder in CNS corero where their LTIP was repriced and extended, similarly outraged.
Absolutely no problem with senior management being well remunerated for exceptional performance provided these align with shareholders. From floating at 55p and numerous placings at various prices shareholders have not been well served.

As I have said before, as as a cyclist, their products are great.and this company should be a great British success story. I feel all decisions are basically based on how to make moon's wallet fatter.
I was a shareholder until the ltip change rewarding complete failure.

Bidnolid, you and i seem to have an eclectic portfolio with ENET and RWI opposite ends of the spectrum - but hopefully both undervalued and under the radar in the market.
Solid update, i dont like the one off charges again, but will stop the share drift.

Work in software as an emea fd, hopefully set up for a good q4.
Good rns, best bits are the volume and geographic spread of deals so not as reliant on a couple of big deals.
Medium - long term would be interesting to understand junipers long term intentions.

Hopefully will see 10-12p in the short term, higher in 2021 with a good q4.

Now in the money with the recent share rise

Just rounding up this morning on my holding.
Now at 25k shares in my ISA and 100k in my SIPP, thats my lot after buying in the last month.
Just sit and wait 4-5 years when I hit retirement, this is a longer term holding for me like I believe it is for the major contributors to this board.

I have always wondered at what price private equity take a look at this, what would the share price be and then what the take out price would be.

Yes, I fail to understand Miton - they always sell these small cap shares at the bottom . As they are still selling I am unsure what % shareholding they finally want to have.
At 10p this is a buy long term, but with the uncertainty on Miton I would like to see a rise to 12p before stepping in.

I believe the constant buying and selling of companies and assets simply hides the poor management of the underlying assets and core business. Why don't they focus on managing what they've got ?

Delaware is the place to register any company in the US. Not sure whether it is taxes or lax compliance.

1. For the legal bods out there why doesn't this need shareholder approval?
2. I want to see the beneficial owners of this fund, I cannot understand david diluting at this level unless there are such r and d opportunities with a short term massive payback
3. This is currently priced with a very high expectation that it is not a going concern, at least this is off the table

Hi dj, too quick out the blocks. Good for me as I have some dividends coming in tomorrow in my sipp to get some at a lower price. This is a long term buy over 3-4 years, buy on any short term weakness and just hold rather than trade.

Tracy, when we get the 20p warrants do you for see selling, tracking back down to 16/17p - alternatively some blow out news which just blows this out the water?
Surprised we have an overhang of shares, as a miton microcap shareholder pretty pi#### that they are selling at this level - I think they don't want to have this as a shareholding from much higher levels.

Hi esh, I'm happy with a 500% growth rate - just extrapolate this over another two years and you are at 18-19 million for the half year. With a relatively fixed cost base and sunk costs the impact on profit is incredible.

Tracy, my worry in the current situation has always been that it may suit the board to buy the IP at a knock down price in insolvency.

For a company that is IP driven I cannot understand the threads on this board focussing on ventilators.
It is a very short term, low margin revenue gain - it does help cover fixed costs of equipment but that's about it.

Wish I had done the same. Does look like a traders share, good if you get in and out at the right times within a six month window.
Medium term worries that airports / customs business is dead with lower travel volume, and healthcare budgets focused on Covid. Ventilators just short term noise and distraction.
Real lack of communication from the company is a major issue, either nothing to report or bod are poor and unnatural communicators - likely a mix of both.
